Sky Cabs — Charged Extra By the Driver

Dear Sky Cabs Team,

This is in reference to my trip from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Hyderabad to Alwal Bolarum on 15th Feb 21.

I have been travelling to hyderabad quiet often & a regular user o[censored]ber cab services. This time i thought of trying your services for the first time and had a very unpleasant experience. The cab driver i believe was using some third party Application to fleece the customers. At the end of the trip i was showed 2700 on the the app and asked to pay the amount. Whereas the invoice received from your end is for Rs 2174.55 against Rs. 2700 collected by the driver.

I am attaching the payment proof for the same and the Invoice for the trip.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the excess amount charged by the driver.
