Today I took Cab no AP 09TVA 3559 driver Mohd Laeeq from Hyd Airport to AS Rao Nagar. At airport before getting inside he assured that bill will be given and charges are Rs 21 per km. Through the route at 2 to 3 places he did not take the route I told him even though they are reasonably good and as the alternative routes are under road repairs. After reaching, he changed his version saying only after payment bill will come as SMS only. Then after some argument anyway I paid. He was very rude and threatening. But there was no sms to me nor any bill. Then he says I should talk to 49494949. I did. But even then no use. Then I rang up airport supervisor after taking his no from 49494949. Still no use. Sky cabs it seems cannot be believed and the drivers also are very rude and dangerous for the customers. I complained against the driver. But I am sure they will not take any action as they dont treat customers well.

      I travelled by vehicle number TS09 UA E 2369 from Airport to Ramanthapur on[protected] at 8.47 PM, though I received sms to generate invoice but I am unable to take print out. Invoice No.KA14898 Dated[protected], drop time 9.38 PM.

        From Hyderabad Airport to Mehdipatnam, I paid Rs. 1125. The Driver says Rs 225 airport parking charge. Why should a passenger pay the parking fee. This is absurd. Also even if you add Rs 225, it cannot be Rs 1125 to Mehdipatnam. TS09UA2642

            Even after requesting invoice multiple times they have not provided the invoice. Also now I am not able to reach them as there is no one picking the call. All the number registered is either of Cable wala or some other company. There is no customer care services as well.

              I have booked sky cab through hyd airport counter to travel upto suchitra junction on 17-02-20 at 08.10pm. To travel more than 93 kms i have paid rs.2546/- in cash and till now i have not received either sms or invoice for the same payment. Cab regn no is cts13ua9621, maruti swift tour. Called twice to call center[protected]. No positive response. For this cost i should opt high end cars like benze/bmw etc, since i have paid more than rs.21.00 per km

              Do not cheat passengers like me.

                Actual drop location is smr vinay hilands, nizampet road, miyapur, hyderabad, telengana, india. But in the invoice it is shown as bible college, mdedak road, hyderabad, andhra pradersh which is wrong. The one way toll is rs.40- only but the driver has levied rs, 60- from me. This is cheating as my son paid only rs, 40- for one way toll. Necedssacry action may be taken.

                  I took the cab from airport to kotthapetq, i was told the bill will come to phone & charge is ₹850 but after reaching there ₹250 extra was taken. This is not at all expected.

                  This is a cheap trick to cheat the customer. Don't expect me to ever use your services again & i'll make sure all my friends & family travelling to hyderabad know not to hire taxi from sky cabs.

                    I took a can from airport to kothpeta, o was told it will cost max ₹850 but after reaching i was told ₹250 extra for driver & ₹1000 was taken.

                    This is a very cheap trick to earn extra money which is not expected from you guys. I'm giving you a bad rating & i'll make sure all my friends & family travelling to hyderabad know not to hire cab from you sky cabs

                      I took the cab from airport to kothpeta, the charge was supposed to be ₹850 but the driver took ₹250 extra. This was not informed beforehand & suddenly ₹1000 was taken at the end of the ride.

                      This was very bad and felt like a cheap trick by the company. I'm really disappointed & i'm not giving good rating & i'll make sure all my friends & family travelling to hyderabad airport know not to hire cab from you guys.

                        Hello,
                        Today 17th november i took a skycab from rajiv gandhi international airport to my society. (Approx. 20-25 km) the driver showed me that the amount is rs 720 but he charged extra rs 225 (As transport hub fee) and toll tax rs 30)
                        He did not give me any receipt of the ride. The drivers name is ganesh.
                        I want to know why receipt was not given to the customer and the amount he showed was rs 720 included all charges but he charged extra.
                        It is very disappointing that renowned company like sky cab, the taxi drivers are cheating the customers.
                        I had hired a Skycab from Hyderabad Airport to Taj Vivanta Begumpet at 10 AM on the 2nd January 2020.
                        I had shared my mobile number [protected] and my email id [protected]@gmail.com with the driver. I am yet to receive a receipt.
                        Please expedite.

                          On 19th october 2019 i used sky cab from rgia hyderabad to ameerpet (Job no: ka23268).

                          However, i did not receive any receipt/ invoice for this trip. When enquired with cab driver he said it will come to my email / msg but till date i did not receive it.

                              Hi sky cabs,
                              My direct question to you is - what sort of cab drivings do you hire? A sky cab driving was rushing on panjagutta flyover. He all of sudden took a sharp left from right over the flyover. I was about to die on the spot.
                              Do you only care for the passengers who travel in your cabs? Your cab driver cant even hit breaks when a vehicle infront stops, he just knew to take a sharp left turn without checking who is on left through side mirror.
                              Be ashamed of your services. If you really feel so, do take action on the car driver (Vehicle no : ts09ua5279). Even on passenger telling him to go slow, your driver is so irresponsible and driving fast over flyover.

                              I am attaching the cab image and driver image.

                              Im hoping certain action will be taking on this above matter. Else i will reaching traffic office and register a complaint over your services and cab drivers.

                                  Today at 20-45 hrs i have bad experiences with your people after boarding the cab. Due to short distance about 20 km from pick up, driver demanding 800 to 900₹ and saying that billing system is not working. Same wad explained to supervisor and he also not supported and not provided another vehicle
                                  Distance should not be matter for the big organisation and ethics should be followed

                                    Cab booked to go to airport on 8th may for 9th may at 6 am.
                                    Got the driver details but he never turned up after calling more than 15 times. There was no response for the calls.
                                    Tried skycabs no. Many times through which we booked and they kept saying cab is arriving but cab did not arrive till 6.30. There was no call from skycabs giving the reason for the cab not being sent.
                                    Made alternative arrangement and reached airport after lot of tension and unnecessary pressure created by skycabs.

                                      Ts 07 uc 3714 driver name ramdas. Travelling from hyderabad airport to vengala rao nagar.
                                      Driver didn't switched on ac. He has opened the doors and started driving. I have asked him why he was doing like that and why he was not putting ac on?
                                      He was shouting at me that i should tell him to put on ac otherwise he will not switch on. He continued arguing that some people has allergic to ac.
                                      The point is your driver didn't started ac intentionally and when questioned he was attacking us with high pitch in very rough way.
                                      I was hurt and writing to you with a request to take corrective action. I am sorry to be a regular customer this many years.

                                        Yesterday i booked sky cabs at hyd airport. Regularly i am booking ola, but my bad, i booked sky cabs. The employees at sky cabs promised me that airport to lingampally would cost me below rs.1000/- including tax, toll. But when i reached toll, driver asked me to pay 70/- as tool fee. And, when i reached my home, i got rs.1436/- (200+ taxes). So the total bill was 1436+70 (Toll) rs.1506/-. This is completely unfair and these people cheated me. I never paid such an amount to any cab like ola and uber. But my bad luck, i booked skycaps for the first time. I never book skycabs and spread this word.

                                        For your information: when i checked yesterday, ola or uber's heighest rate from airport to lingampally is from min 650/- to max 1050/- including, tax, toll, parking fee. But these guys promised me to drop @price of 1000/-. They are collecting extra money from the people with their false bills and fake words. I never seen that parking fee will be added to the final bill.
                                        Unfortunately, on 6th evening I got into a taxi no. TS09UA 3911 at RGIA, Hyderabad. As usual, your supervisor guided me without any OTP. While boarding the taxi, the driver told Rs 1100/- to drop us at Karmanghat main road. When we argued what about meter fare, he said due to increase in petrol price he will not come on metre. In order to reach home quickly we agreed for the same. Taxi doesn't have any plastic partition which OLA and meru meticulously follows. Driver wore mask to his chin. While these are manageable, he started murmering contineously while finding the location. I have offered him to drop us on the road so that we can take an auto reach our destination, he contineoued to murmer loudly. I never saw such rude behavior of taxi drivers anywhere in india except in Hyderabad.

                                        Now, I would like to where the taxi I have boarded is an authorised one, if so how to generate bill

                                        2) why he doesn't have GPS...is it not unsafe for the passenger

                                        Based on your reply, I will be taking up this issue to the Airport Authority and Ministry of Civil Aviation through social media
