Dear Sky Customer Care Team

I had taken a ride from Hyderabad air port to Road number 12, Banjara hills tonight (Feb 01 around at 11.35 pm). I was not given a receipt, upon asking driver started making stories about his call is disconnected with someone he is trying to reach about his machine problem and all. Eventually i had to pay him 1100 rupees with out a receipt.

Thought of reporting this to you as this is a scam your cabbies are making. Not sure if you have been reported about this circumstance earlier. But i think more than money you should care about your customers.'

    In invoice it shows 690.0 inr from lingampally to airport in hyderabad but driver asked for 850.00 inr + 100.00 inr toll tax. When asked for print bill driver asked for email id but nothing sent to me thereafter, so i checked from skycabs site for invoice which results to above stated figure as charge.

    Need a solution so that the company should not do like this fraud in future.

      I made two bookings (With return) the site showed me rs/- 200 one way, but then 1 hour before scheduled time they called to tell that it would cost me rs/- 350. Since i had no time to rebook with other provider i asked to cancel only my return trip. They did so and confirmed on single booking. I got cancellation message for return booking only. I had not heard them even after scheduled time and so i made to call to ask them why and they tell me.. "the booking is cancelled since there are no cabs available." it was so irresponsible on their part to tell me this only when i called when i was already getting late and also very insensible. I had made a booking over 4 hours before scheduled time. I was so angry i would have slapped the person if he was infront of me. Very very bad sevice.
      Please ask drivers to be professional. They seem to behaving like gundas. Too much charge from airport to ameerpet. Paid 997 rupees. Meru does charge one half of this.

        I use this cab station all the time, never had a problem with them. On Saturday night I called a cab from a restranunt near shepherd bush station with a friend of mine that's only in the city for a holiday, anyways the cab arrived but he called me but I didn't receive any of his misscalls, so I thought my cab should be here by now, so I called the office to ask where he is and they told me his outside and they will call him to tell him to call me.

        So me and my friend went outside, and he called and said "why you calling the office when I've been calling you for 10min" and I explained that I honestly didn't get his misscalls due to the reason why I called the office, but he seemed really angry but I was like it's whatever!

        Anyways, me and my friend felt the tension in the car but it's didn't really affect us. I needed to go to the cash point but I was really scared to ask because he seemed really angry after couple of second my friend finally asked and said "my didn't you ask to begining, I went past many" and I was like there's many to come but if you don't mind please just stop at one of them, he seemed really angry and turned of the music so there was this awkward silence until we found one. My friend went out and he started lecturing me saying "next time you get in a cab ask in the beginning and don't do this and don't do that" but he was talking to me like say he was looking down at me, at this point me ruined my day I was really upset. My friend came back into the car then he said its 4 pound extra because we went to the cash point. I was excuse me? It was on our route, I don't understand why your being so disrespectful.

        We stopped talking and now we arrived at our distination and he didn't even park up for us to exit, he stayed on the road and said give me my money, so I gave him the exact amount that the office told me to give him and he said "typical" I said next time you pick people up don't be so rude!! "He's like don't tell me how to do my job!!" I exit the car waiting for my friend to get out, at this point there's a bus behind us waiting for us to get out this car, but this cab driver got offended by me saying do your job properly I only told you to take me somewhere, I'm paying you not giving you hard time.. So learn to love your job, but after I exited I could hear him screaming, ", shut up" whatever nonsense he was saying, to make the story short my friend opened the door to leave and he started driving with the door open and half her leg out, at this point I'm screaming, she's screaming the bus is still waiting, beeping ! And he's screaming "get out my car" he drove for a 2 seconds then he stopped and got out but whilst he was doing that I recorded he's car number plate and if you want I can send that to you.

        But it's just said that a grown man would do that, and now my friend thinks she nearly died in London just because of him, he ruined our night!!!


        I don't normally complain, but what happened was just ridiculous, and unsafe and should be investigated so the next person he drives doesn't get injured.

          I had hire sky cab from shamshabad airport TS 07 UA4913 to Malakpet, First of all the driver started saying that I should take Pre paid taxi as the distance is very short, the driving was horrible & rash, no concern about the passenger safety or road sense to lower the speed on pot holes, speed breakers, after reaching my home driver could not generate bill, he was asking me to pay RS 700, when I questioned him about the meter amount, he started misbehaving, shouting fowl language .

          There is no complaint cell in sky cab to take the customer compliant, Telengana Government has let them loose to loot the passengers and offer sub standard service .

          Please don't hire this cab.

            I booked skycabs for an Innovative for pick up from petbasheerabad to mahatma Gandhi bus stand. Booking was made in the morning itself for evening's 6pm pick up. At 5.30pm I called them and they confirmed timely pick up. But there was no intimation or message till 6PM. When I called at 6PM, they told, pick up will be delayed by 45minutes. I had prebooked reservation of bus journey for my elder relatives. But I was not given the service they confirmed me.. Please look into this...

              Hi, This is regarding a booking that i made for Kacheguda Railway Station.Since we were 8 people they said we booked two cabs for 5:30 PM. Booking Number- B000185, B000186. 5:15 PM they call and said that they can't send cabs but would offer us to go by Innova. Having no choice i said yes . New booking number - CLCG652717. for 5:25 PM. But on calling the driver got to know that he was 15km away from our place and that too he had passengers to drop. Finally after a lot of delay the cab reached by 6:30 PM (1 hour late than booked for). And the news is the cab was of DotCabs. We had to rush and the driver was clever enough to take us through short-cuts. We had to run at the railway station(8 people with luggage) to reach on time. Really pathetic service from Sky Cabs. We had to face lot of pain because of this. Our whole travel plan was at risk because of them. One of my in-laws got hurt also due to the whole panic and running. Really would never advise anyone to use Sky Cabs.

                We took a Sky Cab (No: AP09 TVA 2126 on 21st June) at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (Shamshabad) to Nallagandla, Serilingampally and had a harrowing time during the travel. The driver was driving very fast (avg speed being 120km/hr) and in spite of our repeated request he did not lower the speed. So please do not risk your lives by availing their service. He was extremely rude (used offensive language) and tried to manipulate us for taking a longer route. Also, their meter is rigged and you may end up paying extra.
                Today, i have taken a sky cabs from Airport. I have asked the driver to give the bill. But he didn't provide the bill. He said, i would be receiving message, in that a link would be provided. No message received yet. No bill provided. In hurry, we couldn't note the taxi number. He was charging extra amount also. We booked the taxi from Airport to Mehdipatnam at 2pm

                Same happened with me today.. What's the point of cheating I am not getting, means they are loosing reputation, customer and lot of other things... I think I will file a consumer case because someone has take some initiatives if everyone will leave like this then this cheating activity will go on forever.

                  I had taken your Cab from Airport to LB nagar on[protected] at 10:45 pm. This driver, B.Srisailam, Car No. AP09TVA3815, neglecting my request to go through Chandrayangutta, had taken the car through Bangalore Highway, finally ending me paying Rs. 300 more. I feel completely cheated by the Cab driver and the Company. I regret hiring Skycab. I request GMR to review the contract with SKYCABS

                    I took a taxi no AP09TVA2266 from shamshabad airport to saidabad the driver took a long route ie shamshaabad via aramgarh via zoo park via saidabad. I ask him to take me from chanderngutta he said he will not take this route and started arguing with me. Then i ask him to take back me to airport he stop on the road and started bad words it was morning 5 30 am he left me on aramgarh. The driver should be terminated he is worst driver and human being. PlPlease take necessary action against the driveer

                      I have booked sky cabs for my House warming function on 06/12/2014, phone no:[protected] booking no:B000001 at 21.30 pm from Flat no:204, sai krishna Arcade, kakatiya Nagar, Neredmet, Secunderabad to Flat No:202, Balaji Residency, Dammaiguda on 23/11/2014, to my surprise they not even informing me delayed the cab when I called to them they said they will arrange within 20 minuts even after 30 minutes they did not respond, when called back to them they disconnected my phone, after trying so many times they said mindlessely that at 22.30 pm that I have booked in advance distance is less they did not arrange the cab, I have to reach my flat by 11.00.pm, my Gruha pravesh Mahurat is 11.00, I have roam around road in the night with severe cold mental tension to reach with ladies and daughter at last I found one private car and auto for luggage by spending 2, 000/-to reach my flat.I request Deccan Chroncle to print this Incident in your News paper these Greedy and unethical service so that common and middle class people like so that people and general public should not suffer and also get my money spent because or their Negligence actually I want to them pay for us so that they should not trouble common people should not loose their hard earned money.Regards G.Vijay Kumar, Flat No:204, Sai Krishna Arcade, Kakatiya Nagar, Neredmet, Secunderabad.Sr.Officer.Agrasen Bank.Phone:[protected]/[protected].E Mail ID: [protected]@gamil.com

                        Today i book a cab around 3.15pm in the name Mr. DS Rao (MD) Linkwell Telesystem Pvt Ltd. Customer support also confirm and told our driver will call by 6.00pm and reach by 6.30pm but no response from his driver. when i called by 6.40pm to customer support they your booking is confirm but our server is hanged. Sorry we cant do anything. they suppose send a message. This is an irresponsible job done by Sky cabs. I hope you may respond to my complaint. From Pavankumar PA to MD Hyderabad Telangana.

                          My booking in sky cab from Balapur to Airport on 18 Apr at 0800 Hrs for which Firstly he came late. When i boarded and checked the meter it had already completed 6.5 Km and running, for which when i queried the driver (C Kishan ) VEH no.(AP 09 TVA 2380) he said i'll look into and we started. After some time i asked Driver "why are you not resetting the meter", for which he said " you have to pay as i'm coming here empty you will be charged" for which i have said "NO why should I". He started arguing, and speaking arrogantly for which I said "I will pay only my journey amount" for which he switched OFF the meter in between the journey and asking me for Rs 1000 or else i'll drop you here in between taking advantage of missing of flight. As I was audio recording the complete conversation with him I was not able to make a call to customer care of sky cabs. I had to forcefully complete journey and paid him the amount for which he has not provided any bill. I have lodged a complaint with sky cabs for which I received no reply till date.

                          I don't understand weather management is only training them to do these type of cheap tricks for profits. As a service personal I have visited lot of places in INDIA but Hyderabad is one place where i always made to be sorry. And Sky cabs near a international Airport is going to make Hyderabad to look to whole world.

                            Today on 23.02.14 I hired Skycab, (booking no. CAAM433571, Cab AP 09 TVA 2374, Chauffeur - Ravi), Total printed bill was Rs. 802 with 9 minutes waiting charge. But the driver demanded Rs. 30 more for waiting charges. The booking was scheduled on 09:30 AM with ten minutes grace period, We started at 09:47. On enquiring with Skycab call center they explained the driver tarriff conditions, but the driver was more concerned about loss of his another personal booking instead of Skycab's tariff conditions. Finally after long argument with the driver he charged Rs. 833.

                              Hi, I took Skycab from Secunderabad to Hyderabad Airport on 1st of August 2013, at 5.15 am.

                              The driver did not give me a bill for my travel and charged me INR 780. When I requested for a manual bill, he said he didn't have that as well.
                              I called up the call centre and they promised me to provide the bill at my email address within 4 hours. However, even after 3 days, the bill has still not reached me!

                              Pathetic customer service!

                                One of the SKY CAB driver was driving cab with no. ending TVA2425 around 5.45pm @Begumpet, Hyderabad. He threw his skycab card with his personal mobile no. in my moving car while I was driving and tried acting funny with me. Need an explanation on this kind of behaviour by sky cab drivers. Sometimes we use sky cab for reaching airport early in the morning. What is the kind of security being offered to ladies by sky cab whose driver act indecent with ladies driving on road?

                                cab driver — Regarding a Cab Driver

                                Hi,

                                Due to bus strike today the taxi drivers have come down to looting the customers.I had taken a cab from mumbai central to byculla station usually during evenings due to traffic it takes around 25-26 Rs.Today i took a sharing cab due to non availability when i got into this cab there were 2 other ladies with me whom i requested if they could accomodate me.the taxi driver firstly got very annoyed later on he started using foul launguge and he charged 20 rs per person in total he charged 60 rs.

                                This person does not have a right to drive please take strict action against him the taxi no is
                                MH 03 F3257.hope something is done against this guy.

                                  Sky Cabs, Dot cabs or Yellow cabs whatever you name them, these guys never give us the right information and right timing, they always come up with excuses, they don't understand the urgency of the customer. 1 advise is never go with these cabs i[censored]r in a real hurry or i[censored] want to catch a flight or train, never depend on these guys. your plan will suck.i faced the same problem with them every time i depended on them.

                                    I have engaged SKY Cabs taxi from my residence in Meerpet to Hyderabad Airport (Shamshabad) for going to Mumbai on 12/02/2012 and returned back from Mumbai on 14/02/2012 and again engaged Sky Cabs for dropping me from Airport (Shamshabad) to my residence. The two fares are grossely different. While on 12Th, the driver took me in short root coving a distance of 20.20 KM and charged me Rs. 303.00. On 14Th The driver took me through some other root which covered 31.10 KM and chaged me Rs. 481.00. Request The concern officials are requested to advise the drivers to take short route / directions and not the round about route and penalise the users with very heavy bills. I have attached the sanned copies of travels bills for your kind information and necessary action.

                                    The driver while returning from Airport to my residence was continuously speaking on mobile phone with his friends through out the travel, especially late evenings, which is highly prohibited.

                                    Today I booked a cab(Innova) from sainikpuri to chandanagar. I got a confirmation number and said the cab will be reported at 9.30. I didn't get any call till 9.30 then myself called the help desk to check the status. The person then reported that there is no cab available sorry... later I got a call from Sky cab stating that tehy will send cab by 10.30 and after 15 min I got a call from sky cabs again stating that they cannot send cab.. This is ridiculous and not at all accepted from a service provider. Very bad experience. Just because of the negligence from the team there is a lot of disturbance in the program and also we need to wait with the kids ..
                                    VERY BAD EXPERIENCE PLEASE SET THE CORRECT EXPECTATIONS.
