It was delivered on 27/01/18
I had ordered xl size.
The item delivered is belt xxl & pant xl.
I had asked for a replacement.
Because the size was not fitting.
I wanted both xxl size.

We called in their customer care number [protected] to confirm the offer and they told yes this offer is valid and we can place our order via sending them sms at [protected] with all the details. And we did the same to place the order.

This regarding a product named V-Slicer (Ref number - IBS01855) ordered from sky shop deals.

There are 2 things:

1. We never received the order confirmation as I never completed my buying process. I stopped in the middle, but your system placed the order.
My father claimed the order by hand. He had no idea of the product. So he gave money.
2. The product received is faulty....

We ordered Magic Bullet Blender from skyshopdeals.com on 5 April 2016. We paid Cash on delivery received the product. When we opened the product package we found that the main Blender Jar is broken.
