I had ordered for dr ayurveda height growth.
But i have received expired step up vide bill no hs173168 dt. 20-mar-2018 having description "dr ayurveda",
I called to the supplier "home store, j-/1st floor, rajouri gardern, new delhi -110027 at given mobile no [protected] but given mobile no is coming invalid no. Supplier bill copy-cum-bludart airway bill no is [protected] is attached herewith for your ready reference.
I tried to call on skyshopdeals.com 24x7 helpline no [protected] but this mobile no is only ringing but no one is pocking the same.
My payment should be returned immediately.

It was delivered on 27/01/18
I had ordered xl size.
The item delivered is belt xxl & pant xl.
I had asked for a replacement.
Because the size was not fitting.
I wanted both xxl size.
I was told it would be replaced.
Now no one answers the phone.
I have not received the replacement.

This is Sricha from Bangalore. We saw the skyshopdeals offers online for 112multipurpose drill machine + voucher

We called in their customer care number [protected] to confirm the offer and they told yes this offer is valid and we can place our order via sending them sms at [protected] with all the details. And we did the same to place the order.

Ordered Item: 112 Piece Drill Machine Screwdriver Set Combo, Rate 1999 INR, Get Free Gift Voucher worth INR 2000, 1 year warranty

As per their offer we were suppose to received Multiporpose Drill Machine with 112 attachment along with 2000 INR free gift voucher but we received the Useless, used, damaged and Non-working drill machine in worst condition. Immediately we called to Courier person and informed them, we have received the useless item and they must take it back and refund our payment. But they told they can not make the refund for it, and we need to contact to skyshopdeals for the refund. Then we called to skyshopdeals at their customer care number which is [protected] and informed to them about the issue. They promised us to call back in next 30 minutes but they never called us back. And when we called them again and as they heard our voice they immediately disconnect our call. And after that they never picked our calls.

We needed the refund or return for this order. Also some punishment to them as they can't repeat the same with other customers.

I had ordered for a ear cleaner machine through ‘Skyshopdeals.com” telemarketing and a box was delivered at my home on 07.11.2016.The person who had brought the box insisted not to open the paper Box until cash of Rs.1000/- is paid by us. So, in good faith we paid him an amount of Rs.1000/- fully and received the paper box. Immediately the person went away without waiting till we open the box. Later when we opened the box and the verified the instrument, it was dis-functional and out of order. Soon we contacted the contact no. i.e [protected] mentioned on a pre-prepared bill (enclosed in the box). The address mentioned on the bill is “ INDIA BEST SHOP, 17AX, MODEL TOWN, LUDHIANA” DATED 07.11.16. But, I got a very vague reply i.e some day we may replace it and did not give any clear reply & specific period.After that nobody is lifting the phone even though I tried many times.
My problem is still un-resolved and my hard earned money is at stake.
I pray for justice from you.

I received damaged product of the swat slim belt and continuously call to company but they just pickup and drop the call. company do not pickup my call. this is the cheaper company so please don't purchase any thing from it.

Before purchase, company said i will replace product if there was any problem but right now they are not accepting my call.

If company not ready to change the product i will use abuse word and i am not responsible.

This regarding a product named V-Slicer (Ref number - IBS01855) ordered from sky shop deals.

There are 2 things:

1. We never received the order confirmation as I never completed my buying process. I stopped in the middle, but your system placed the order.
My father claimed the order by hand. He had no idea of the product. So he gave money.
2. The product received is faulty. It does not work like it should do.

Im very upset with the quality of service you guys have provided as your customer care number is also not valid. I want my money back.

We ordered Magic Bullet Blender from skyshopdeals.com on 5 April 2016. We paid Cash on delivery received the product. When we opened the product package we found that the main Blender Jar is broken. The smaller blender jar is wrongly fitted to the blender in such a way that it cannot be removed from the blender. We immediately contacted the skyshopdeals.com customer care number[protected] . Customer care executive asked us to sms our complaint to [protected] and we did the same. After a day we called up to follow up on our complaint and the customer executive asked to whatsap the image of the broken product and we did so. We followed up yesterday (19 April 2016) and the executive responded in a rude and unprofessional way saying wait and it will be replaced and disconnected the phone. It seems the skyshopdeals.com do not have any intention to replace the damaged product.

Please beware of this company as they dispatch broken / damged & old product in a very shabby package. and do not respond to replacement call backs.

I have ordered magic bullet blender for rs.2200 cash on delivery and with in 2 days they have delivered the piece.
When i opened and checked they have delivered "amazing bullet" wrong brand blender and also its a damaged piece.
Immediately i have called below numbers provided and informed them:

One lady answered the call and asked me to send the address through message and she told me that within 2 days she will replace the piece.

Yet i did not receive any blender and she is not answering my calla and not responding at all.

I ordered Nicer Dicer plus through skyshopdeals.com and according received on 26th March'2016. On opening I could seee the product is broken. I contacted the corresponding Mob No. [protected]. The lady who picked up phone instructed me to send my postal address by sms. I did, but no response has been received. Just few minute before I contacted the customer care No. [protected], hope the same lady picked up phone and cut the line that see will check. How it is possible to check and inform with out any order no. and complaint no. Secondly see will not contact to me to inform the status. Therefore, I am in doubt about the authenticity of this marketing group.

I have ordered Magic Bullet on the 7th of feb 2016 on Cash on delivery option.The Skyshop deals representative told me not to open the box with out paying.The bill says magic bullet, The picture while ordering shows Magic Bullet, also the package from the courier they had a small sticky note saying Magic Bullet.After I paid the amount and I opened the box the product I recieved says "Amazing Bullet".I contacted the customer service people and after 3 days I was told that the person has spoke to their seniors and they have told that the given product is Just as same as the magic bullet with same features.
Is that fair? is that the answer am expecting? I just want the full refund or do send the original Magic bullet blender.
Iam trying to solve the issue smoothly.I appreciate if I can get a better solution.

Skydeals online shopping is the no.1 FRAUDs. I ordered m Sheffield hot plate but I received 3rd class damaged item.after called many more times they have not responded. Totally I disappointed. I lost 1700/- for the damaged piece. They have a another company also. I request who are interested to buy any items, do not choose this SKYDEALS SHOPPING. No proper address. National frauds.

I have bought a product button camera online from skyshopdeal but product is not working properly. I have contacted them many times but they aren't responding. Please help me by replacing/returning the product.
