I am writing mails and constantly calling customer care, but there is no progress with my complaint till now. I was promised to receive a call today which clearly was a last try from my side but i got to hear the same old story, which I’m hearing from the last 1 month. This negligence has been going on since a month. I’m really pissed with this casual attitude, Sleepwell being such a big brand, this kind of service was never expected. I want a clear answer from your end or this matter will directly be taken to Consumer Court now if i don’t receive a call or mail from your settlement team by the end of the day.
