DO NOT EVER BUY FROM SLEEPWELL !!! use your hard earned money on some other mattress brand because sleepwell spend all their money on advertising their products on tv and in newspapers . they have one of the most rude and uncaring customer service in india.i bought a mattress worth 30, 000 from them in january 2021 and by august the mattress started sagging so i called the customer service to complain and these guys are so smart they purposefully kept delaying and denying that there is any sagging in the mattress because they know that if sagging occurs in the first year then according to company policy they would have to exchange the mattress free of cost so they kept denying the sagging till the mattress entered the second year of purchase and when i complained again in 2022
they refused to exchange the free of cost mattress and and told me that they would exchange the mattress only if i pay 7000. why should i pay any amount to get my mattress exchanged when its sleepwell's fault . they are LIARS AND THIEVES . i made a mistake by not checking their reviews on internet . I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW ONLY BECAUSE I DON'T WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH DEALING WITH CHEATER COMPANY LIKE SLEEPWELL. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ON OTHER MATTRESS BRANDS !
