Yesterday a Mattress is delivered which is uneven against complaint No 280986,
SPINETECH mattress .

Left side edge vertical face has become loose ... foam has broken inside
Top side edje vertical face foam is bulging out
Length of mattress has increased due to compression ... it is no longer fitting in the bed lipping boundary

We had purchased 2 pieces of Aadhar super sleepwell mattress from Jagdam Furniture from Shop no 19, Furniture Market Sector 53-54 Chandigarh dated[protected].
One is fine but second mattress there is swelling/bulge out in the mattress in 2 months only.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Upon unpacking and using the mattress, I noticed a significant issue - there is a noticeable and uncomfortable bubble on the surface of the mattress. This defect has made it impossible for me to enjoy a comfortable and restful night's sleep.
I have photographs of the mattress clearly showing the bubble in question for your reference.

I believe that Sleepwell is known for its high-quality products and excellent customer service, and I am hopeful that you will assist me in resolving this matter promptly. As a loyal customer, I value the brand's reputation and trust in its products.
I kindly request that you arrange for an inspection of the mattress and, if necessary, a replacement of this issue. Please let me know the steps I need to follow or any additional information you require from my end to expedite this process.
I understand that unforeseen issues can occur, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. My aim is to continue enjoying the comfort and quality that Sleepwell mattresses are known for.

I bought a sleep well mattress last month in July 2023. When I flipped it over this month, I found a small round hole in one of corners which looks like a CIGARETTE BUTT HOLE, no body in my family is a smoker.
SLEEPWELL has totally pinned the blame on me and my family, which is unacceptable.

We bought 2 mattress of sleepwell. But one mattress came out to be defected. (Its still in warranty). We called the customer care they told us to try rotating and flipping for 2 weeks. But It didn’t worked. They said some one will visit for investigation. But no one came for the visit. So we again called them they asked to share the pictures of the mattress. We did the same. They said they can’t replace it.
Can you please reach out to us asap. As its been 2 months of complaining and we haven’t received any help

It is very disappointing to say that the product (Revital 3.0 mattress) we have recently purchased from Sleepwell is not meeting our expectations at all.

It has heating issues, whenever we sit/lie down on the mattress, it releases heat like anything, making us unable to sit on the mattress not even for five continuous minutes. Moreover, we are facing back pain issues while using this disappointing mattress. It is very surprising to see such a poor-quality mattress from Sleepwell.

Having said that, It is very shameful for such an established brand like Sleepwell to have such a poor-quality mattress.
Sleepwell dealer has provided with false communication/commitment just to sell their poor-quality products.

I would like to return this mattress and I request you to provide me with a full refund for this. I will not bear this worst-quality mattress. Keep in mind I won’t accept any replacement for this.

I was brought a Sleepwell Mattress Ultra on August 2022 with the validity of 2 years. After some days the mattresses sinking from the some portion. I have lodged the complaint with complaint number 269041. After that the customer care calls me and said that my mattress model is not available so I can select any other model in place of it and tell them about this on customer care number. But whenever i call on customer care number they always do not pick the call and an voice mail occurs which tell that "our customer executive will call you shortly" but no customer call have been received yet. Please do needful act.

I ordered sleepwell mattress from their official website i payed the full amount they responded that it will be delivered in 5to8 days but after that there is no response from their side i tried all the options calling customer care taking to chat bot sending them email but there is no response from their side even the tracking is not working what should I do

I lodged a complaint that the surface of the mattress purchased has been uneven. But the said complaint rejected by Co without visiting home on the basis of pic of mattress I sent.
Reason complaint not genuine.
It is matter of concern that how a inspecting person judge that the surface is proper without touching through digitally.
Please resolve the issue.

I bought Aadhar Super queen size mattress (on order) from Bhattkoti Furniture Shop, Dehradun on 20th Jan 2023.

After 10 days only, I observed that the mattress had started to sink in. I called the shop owner who told me to complain to Sleepwell directly.

I have bought esteem mattress . in few 1-2 month it was found that it looses from the mattress layer and edge get deformed. for details information please see the picture in the attachment.

I’m facing some issues in my sleepwell sofa the pins of sofa is coming out and it’s not been 3 years, my sofa is still in warranty period. I complain this to one of your authorised shop in Gwalior from where I bought the sofa (Mangal Furniture : +[protected] but they are not taking any action it’s been almost 3 weeks since I complained regarding the sofa but they are not taking it seriously and they are putting this on Company.

I bought sleepwell mattress size 5x7 on[protected] through the shop and after 18 months o[censored]se the sleepwell mattress got dump ride sides ways and it made very uncomfortable to sleep and caused body ack. Kindly solve this problem looking for your support and Co-operation.
