Smashing Commerce — different product as shown on website

I bought a pest repellent machine from Smashing Commerce company. When I have received the product it's totally different product they showing in website and facebook advertising(recieved photo
& advertise photo uploaded ). When I am trying to call the particular number given during the time of parcel bag and message received from the smashing company, but no one picking the call. It's seems a fraud to the customers. Please take a positive responce against such online shopping portal
