SMC Brokers Pvt LTd — Fraud has done with phone calls from Delhi

I have taken five policies of the same Guaranteed Money Back Plan.While choosing the policies I have clarified to the Agent that I am a retired person and I can not able to pay premium as I have no income.The Agent is from Smc Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd Delhi(from Vishal Sharma-[protected] and Vivek Sharma-[protected]) gave me these policies by saying that this is the only one time premium policy and it is like investment of money for one year.They also gave assurance that your fund of around 12 lakh will be released from ICICI Pruential Life insurance but for that you need to take these policies which is around half of the releasing fund and the total amount that i have invested in these policies is 6, 32, 000.I have invested only on the basis that it is a one time premium and i will be getting my money after one year.But nothing has come but I am getting message like your premium is due.I know now that this is fraud happen with me and as I am a retire person I could not pay any premium which is around 6, 32, 000 every year. I have visited local branch at baroda as well but they are also not helping in this issue and all the time they give me a different answer.I am requesting you to please take this matter as I am retired person and at the age 62 with no income in hand I can not pay this money every year. I am sending you my policies details below: Contract ID Installment Premium Premium Paying Term [protected], 336.81 5 years [protected], 44, 999.17 5 years [protected], 999.63 5 years [protected], 99, 994.60 10years [protected], 11, 845.43 10 Years I am not able to pay all this premium.In my view if I am not getting my money than I can think to continue first and third policies of small premium amount and of 5 years premium paying term.I should request you if no solution has come from reliance than please think and consider my view and transfer all the other policies premium in to this policies so that i do not have to pay for this and my policy remains continue. I still receiving phone calls and i request you to take strict action against this and think from the customer side as well that who will be able to take which policy and whether he is able to pay the premium after taking the policy or not. I am hoping that positive response will come from your side. Thank You
