SMC Brokers Pvt LTd — Fraud way of selling insurance policy

Hi All, I had very bad experience with SMC Insurance Brokers PVT Ltd. People. They cheated me by saying that they are from IRDA. The below listed people are told they are from IRDA. 1. Ishani (Whatsapp Number # +91 [protected] and Phone no #+91 [protected]) 2. Rahul (Phone # +91-[protected]). I have received multiple calls from Ishani and her team from last 2 years.

She came to knew that i had HDFC policy and now she wants to add me as the valued customer of their broking company.
She suggested Bharti AXA which is doing very good and returns are too high compared to others. I was told that the returns will be around 3 times of the insured amount and apart from that they will give 30% cashback in first year and 20% in second year . Cash back will be solely from broking company and will be given the complete brokerage money they will be receiving from Bharti Axa. Also i will be getting the holiday vouchers for next 10 years from Mahindra holidays and of similar companies.
It will be costing anywhere between 15k-20 k for 2 nights and 3 days package.

Finally I bought Bharti Axa Policy (#[protected] dated 23 Nov 2016) in Nov 2016 by paying Rs 50000 (fifty thousand) through cheque.

They also told that there will be verification call and just you tell that you know everything, else they will not allow to you get the brokerage amount. After verification call, i called couple of times for brokerage amount cashback and they said its in process and will be getting before the free look-in period.I was introduced to Rahul who handles cashback and holiday vouchers.

Just before Free look-in period ends, i got to knew from Rahul that there is some file issue and need some more time. I anyhow purchased the policy, i said ok will wait for next month. Next month Rahul said, their computer crashed and recovering data . it will take another month. When i checked about Ishani, he told that she is on business trip to Dubai and then to mumbai for conference. I was shocked that brokerage company gives such a great opputunity. But at the same time i got feeling that i am duped by fraud company. Suddenly Ishani's number stopped working from 5th Feb 2017 . Both calls and whatsapp mesg were unanswered. I followed with Rahul and he said, she is busy in Mumbai and he will be sending vouchers.

I somehow got one voucher from some sai holidays which is nowhere comparable to Mahindra having validity of just 20days. That too only I need to confirm them in 10 days by paying minimal charge by paying though courier which is not possible at all by India Post. That means i wont get any holiday and again fooled in this.

I called Rahul and he said he will be sending new vouchers. But after that no calls or messages were answered. They have cheated me in all way.

In between all this months, i used to get call from some other people saying that they are from IRDA and informing me that the insurance company with whom i got policy is fraud and IRDA has seized their business and offices. So if i have dealt with them, then asked me to complaint with them as they are from IRDA. My mind hinted me how this guy knows that i bought the policy and was told all false things. I Just asked that guy, you have all my information, can you tell me when and what is my location for double check, he got angry and blasted on me. I immediately cut the call. They keep on calling which i never picked as they were from same fraud company,

All are from SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt ltd and they are cheating people like anything. We have so many example in Bangalore itself . These people are cheating us. I would like to complain on Bharti AXA for supporting these types of people. They should stop to supporting SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt ltd. Kindly please consider my request and help me to get my amount back.
