We from Canara Bank Sindri Branch were giving msme loan to Mr.Bishnu Kumar and send a request to draw due diligence to you . We have sent you Rs.12390/- from Canara bank a/c of Mr Bishnu Kumar a/c no[protected] on 29/06/2022 Your agency could not provide the due diligence report. We have demanded return of amt deducted & contacted Mr Rajesh Singh and Mr Syan Pal . Both of them assured multiple times that amt will be returned by last September, by weekend, by end of December . When enquired 10 days ago they have confirmed that report have been sent to branch mail id & our msme mail id. But no report has been received to us till now .Your both employees are only making excuses and false promise. And now there is no requirement of report, so kindly return the amt to Mr Bishnu Kumar, otherwise he will complain
