I placed a trial order on 10 June 2022 and it was showing it got delivered to 14 June 2022. But I never received any parcel from Smytten. There was no intimation by the delivery guy no call, no text, no OTP or anything of that sort. Suddenly on Application, it updated that your parcel was delivered. I checked with the security guards, and it was never delivered to me.
I have raised a complaint on their Application and the very next day they updated their complaint status as "resolved" without even contacting me, without even resolving my issue, I somehow got to contact their care services number and all they had to say was "let us check with the ground tracking and get back to you" still date my issue has NOT been resolved.
I will soon be changing my address as I will no longer be staying at the place I mentioned in my Smytten order address. I have tried conveying this issue to the care services personnel, but they are just simply sitting on the other side of the phone and listening.
I am very disappointed with the customer care services and logistics.
