I not received the product. I am raised the issues. This issue showing resolved but i am not received any calls refund regarding that and I not able see to this answer. Because This is blocked.

        Showing not serviceable to my pincode

        Hi this is my first order I have used my Trail points and trying to place a order but it's showing order is not serviceable to the pincode 500018. My friends belonging to same pincode have received their orders I don't know why it's showing me this issue. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible...

        I am thankful to smytten for redressing my grievance as they have refunded me. They had sent a wrong product instead of the one I ordered. I raised an issue with my order, contacted them via email, the app, and their Instagram handle. Within 2 days, they have reverted and refunded.

            My parcel didn't come to me I had ordered the parcel on 23/2/2022 but it hasn't arrived yet and the tracking is showing those deliver my order no. 426928 you deliver my parcel or else give me my money back

                        They provide false Information to their customers every time. I ordered a package in which one product was missing but rather then providing that missing product they gave me 30₹ cashback! Now, when we make any order then its written that all products are free trials and 199₹ which is being charged is the shipping charge then when the product goes missing then they should either provide us the missing product or they should claim us full refund! So my complain is regarding cheating customers by providing wrong information!

                          In valentine 2022 they launched scheme. They giving cashback of trial pack and 30% discount in Cetaphil product. So I purchased trial pack of rs.199/- They gave cashback of rs 199. With cashback of 199 and 30% discount, I purchased Cetaphil night cream in Rs 609/- .They supplied me trial pack and then after they cancelled my Cetaphil order and refund rs 609/_ So it is called cheating.

                                  My order 4173798 was expected to be arrived at 17 feb 2022 but its 20th now and i haven't received any order yet. And it is not even dispatched, refund my money otherwise supply the order which i have ordered.

                                      I made and order on smytten and it has been almost a month since I have not received it. I mailed them, initially they replied but now they have completely stopped replying to my mail. I tried to cancle the item but can't cancle it anymore as it is showing that my item is being shipped. This is a worst experience of mine towards an Ecom website. Please help me by taking an action against this company
