I have placed the order on 7th January 2021,
order id: 1434902, its been 14 days i haven't received my products. The customer service are not at all responding to the mails properly. They are just sending that my product is in transit and ill be getting it in 24-48 working hours to every mail i sent. Its already been 14 days how many working hours do you all need? Not at all looking into the issue. No proper communication service and customer service. Smytten, by hook or crook i want my product to be delivered soon. Please don't cheat customers and manipulate things. In one mail i have received a response from a girl named Kruti that my product has been already delivered on 12th Jan 2021 but its not delivered to me, when i checked the app Its showing Expected delivery by 14th Jan. What is this?? Is this the way you deal with your customers?
I want my products as early as possible.
