    I have ordered some trial products on 1st April 2021 and it is said that by 6th April I will get my delivery but I got no update of packed /shipped or anything like that.

          Hi i have order some products out of which i have received some of them but some products are missing like mamaearth face mask and facewash, onion oil from sage, biotique skin lotion and plum chamomile and white tea glow getter face mask from order number 1718350 and 1718203. I have also not received another product WOW 10 in 1 miracle oil with combo applicator order no 1901794 and shipment no 465651. Please call or email me with the details that when will i get it. If you cannot send me the products i paid for then i would like my money to be refunded

                  This is to inform you that I have ordered the trial products on 27th February 2021. Now it's showing delivered on 5th March 2021. But I haven't yet received the product, then how come it can show delivered. Even I tried to reach delivery boy. He is not responding. I had a good opinion on smytten. This experience really leading to create a bad opinion on smytten. Please look into this and take a necessary action on this...

                      They sent a mail that they cancelled order and will refund in 5 to 7 days but my order status delivery date is changing daily even today it didn't get update

                            I am Supriya kailash, i have ordered trial packs on 9 feb 2021 order no: #1566810. I havent received my order yet and it was scheduled to be delivered on 15 feb 2021 and then the date ewas rescheduled on or before 27 feb 2021 i did not receive the product. Now when i checked with my app there was no order history like that and i have'nt even received my amount of rs:200 back only the trail points where back. This is such a cheating method, inspite of so many negative reviews i thought of trusting smytten but this is such a waste, I want my amount to be refunded imediately.

                                Payment deducted from my account but they haven't received

                                I have paid the so called shipping amount which is 199 against a order. The amount got deducted from my account which i paid through a upi app. The payment shows completed. In the smytten app the situation is transaction failed. But I haven't got any refund for my money and no order was placed. I tried to contact them through mail but there was no reply. Then I contacted them in instagram they replied. They were like we haven't received any...

                                      I have ordered few trial products and while tracking I was expected to get the product today but while checking and tracking the order it showed that "customer asked to open the product" which is not the case as no attempt neither telephonically nor at the given address was made by the delivery service provider. Plz let me know when am I getting my ordered product and why such response was reported without making any attempt to deliver the product. I haven't recieved such responses before as I have been shopping from site since long .
