On behalf of the complaint I have registered I got a message on 24th July at 7:18 pm that my order will be delivered on 27th of this month. After that yesterday that is on 25th of July, I got another message that order will be delivered by 28th of this month., When I first ordered it said it will be delivered by 24th of this month, the today I got the message that it will be delivered on 30th of this month but afterwards the days are getting extended for more than 10 days., In symtten app, it's showing status track like the reason for delay is destination can't be reached, I don't know why it's showing like that. The reason is repeated from 22nd July till now., I am attaching the documents as a proof. For this much delay I need a compensation for it.Still I have not received your products in my hand.

My order no. #3043523 has not been delivered and status us showing delivered not getting any resolution from customer care as well. It was my prepaid order. Culprit should get caught. I need investigation on it. This is fraud to customers it should stop.

I ordered some creams and oils from smytten but delivery not received please response or refund my money

App is good. My friends installed app using my referral code also Y5Q1u7t but now app is showing incorrect referral points. It should be 140 but showing 100 points.

I'm placed the order it should been delivery on 18/07/2023 but still now I didn't get received my parcel given address also been correct then I don't known what the issue to delivery they are so kindly delivery the parcel or refund the amount which are I'm paid

It has become a nightmare to order from this website as they are serially sending wrong/missing products. The employees are doing it intentionally, and smytten is very well aware of it, because i have sent 100's of emails and complaints to them, but they make fake promises and don't take any action to rectify it. I have also seen other customers complaining in playstore, consumerforum and in review section. This is the 6th order which came with half item's. I have also noticed that those orders which are dispatching from Ahmedabad, Kanera hub are never proper, they don't send invoice so that there's no physical evidence, neither they send the product's, but they take full payments. Most of the time customers complaints are rejected and they dissolve the full money as they don't have any return/exchange policy. Its a trap and the company has full support in this trap. I ordered a Skin story moringa facewash, a face scrub from the same brand, The natures co. Neroli stretchmark cream and a small wild Stone perfume of 10 ml, .. The other products are 100 gms each.. But out of which i only received the face wash, and that 10 ml perfume and instead of the face scrub and stretchmark cream i got a rose moisturizer of 20gms from some out of the world brand and a tiny 20 gms mama earth ubtan face mask. Randomly packed, totally different items, brands and size. In this era of advancement how this is acceptable? I want this complain to be on top of everything. If item's are out of stock why do you take up orders? Why don't you cancel them rather than sending these [censored]s?? Which means products are simply stolen by middlemen.Please value our spendings because money is hard earned. Why would customers order when they know products coming from Ahmedabad will be on loss in everways. Order id is 11111193. Hope this will help other customers to have some information before ordering and stepping into this trap. Order date 14th July 2023 and delivery date 19th July 2023. Govt should bann this kinda fraud customer trapping website.

I have order placed on 13 Jul 2023 which was to be delivered on 17 July 2023 but due to bad weather all the local Vi Idea sim got disconnected for which OtP cant be collected.
I asked the Symtten mail to either add alternative number or any other reason
But after a span of 2 days my query is unanswered
They are not providing refund or any update on my order
I request to please deliver my order or either provide me my refund

I am living in Muvatupuzha, kerala(68661) and there is no delivery here.Kindly allow delivery in my area

I still haven't received the products I ordered on 30/10/2023. Tried to deliver 2 times but I could not attend the call. Since then, no action has been taken.

Ordered dreamer EDP perfume (30ml) along with plum e-luminence. Got the plum, but the perfume arrived differed, that too a tester(blue moon 10ml). I want a refund or pls provide me the dreamer EDP 30ml.

My smytten trial order no: 10757424 and shop order no: 2983136 was shown as out of delivered on 25/06/2023 but order not get yet but the order status he write on smytten like the attempt delivery but i dont get any call and message regarding my order I haven't received my package. It's been 6 days and the package is missing. Ticket ID 342475 for Trial Order #10719044. I had received all the different products in the parcel that I have not ordered. I request you to cross verify as it may have exchanged.

I have been a regular customer of smytten for more than 2 years. I had purchased 100s of trial and shop orders from them.

Even though i had so much of problems in many orders from them, still i thought things will be alright and issues happening only with certain brands.

On my last trial to place an order, the system is rejecting my order saying, "the pincode mentioned is not serviceable"

!?!

How is that possible, when they could deliver for almost 2 years and suddenly they could not service my area.
How can such decisions been taken completely from their side, without even informing a customer concerned.

My INR5, 000 is with them in the form of Smytten Cash, but they forbidden myself to utilise my rightful reward and place my shop order.

Its been a nightmare ordering from this company. Government should take strict steps to ban these kind o[censored]nauthorised business. I ordered two items worth of 500 bucks on 18th June one stretch marks cream and a face pack, each 100 grams which makes 200 grams, but today I received only one item that is the face pack and a tiny coffee pouch of 2gms worth of Rs.5 . The order id is #10773021. Just imagine what kind of fraud they are. They are doing this with lakhs of customers everyday, snatching their money with their stringent policies like non returnable, non refundable, non replaceable. Hopefully this company will not go long with these kind of fraudulent business. I request the Government to take strict action against them and put them behind the bars. While placing my order I mentioned my correct address but after the order is been placed shipment address is incorrect, it automatically changed address, my order #10798840 and I placed my order on 20/06/2023 please check and send the products to (#1, 1st cross, Shakthi Nagar, Pailayout, next Kumar water service, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560016)

My order should be delivered by 22 june . Please deliver it as soon as possible or refund money I already paid for it

Not serviceable to my pincode 600051.
