I have brought a product of 199Rs
one eye liner and one pouch the eye liner is of light shade and dryes out quickly and the pouch i order was for black color I have got a green color pouch which is already an inappropriate service provided by your end and now u have refund 40rs instead of 199 rs
I have already mailed so many times they just don't understand how much time I need to explain everything i have send product image then to they are not concern about the issue So I need my money back

    Hi please stop using blue dart as it is the wrostest way to receive a courier there is no proper way to contact them my parcel was to be received on 26th i was not available that day they went back dint bother to try again the other day or contact also today after 8 days I receive the parcel and that too an open one how do I know if the products and not used the perfume looks used

        I have ordered from your site. But still i have not got my product delivered. And i too have a great doubt on your products if they are original or not. Kindly help. You guys don't even have a customer care number. Disappointed.

            I have ordered some cosmetics and other things from your site...I got the notification of the order being delivered on 29 november...but still it is not delivered...I have got a call from your delivery agent mr. Rahul...I told him the navigation address...but now he is not responding my calls...

              The company clamied to provide more than ₹2k products in the box, but given only 5 products which are present in the trial section with each 1 trial point. Even if i place a order with trial points, i would have got 6 products with free leather pouch. The company has done a big fraud with all the customers. So many o[censored]s has bought this box with so much of expectations. Really a pathetic experience.

              I have received two face cleansers of its skin brand from BEAUTY TALK INDIA website as Giveaway gift, but they sent me products with 1-2 months expiry only .I have complained them and also the brand .Firstly they didn't respond, then finally they respond and said they wont change it and they clear thier stock through giveaways, .how pathetic is that, They are ruining people's skin with expired products also on thier website . Specially Its Skin Brand ...They have send this to more people

                I have received some products. There was a bill of rs 894 /- on the product's bill receipt and delivery boy had taken rs 994 /- for that. Why they had taken more amout for that?
                And i didn't received one product

                      I've ordered Smytten Mystery Box which was on Black Friday Offer. In product description it is mentioned that products will be full sized and worth Rs. 1200 . But I received all the sample products.

                      Also I got 2 perfumes from same brand but one is leaked and also the quantity become less because of leakage.

                        It was assured that black Friday mystery box will have item worth 1200 but it was not even worth 800 . Worst ever experience... I am going to delete the app and ask my friends and relatives not to use it too... U guys go around cheating people!!

                              Return of free trial got incorrect order please help

                              I had ordered from Smytten and availed 6 free trial points but out of which only 2 products are sent correctly which is Mama Earth Ubtan Face Wash and zplum renewed clarity night gel, and rest all is not what i had ordered, really not happy with the service.
                              Theses are the things which i did not order.

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I am not happy with my order.

                              4 Activated charcoal & teatree 3 in 1 mud mask
                              4 Vedic shampoo with keratin and hibiscus

                              Please arrange the return for this & i would need the product that i had ordered and paid for.

                              Kindly consider this as urgent and do the needfulml.

                              I also tried calling your contact centre but got message and not in network.
