I ordered soap facewash scrub on which 2 years expiry mentioned but at purchase point on app showing 3 years shelf life. Second all receive product are 1 year old almost .. it's double fraud.

I have ordered a few products from smytten on 16th of November 2020. This ordered, packed and shipped, but not delivered. It's been held in jp nagar service centre. Like its there responsibility to deliver it to our particular place. They can't be so reluctant about their customers. What does it mean 'consignee not available, can't deliver the product'?. Is this the attitude they show towards customers? People couldn't bother to buy any items...

I had placed an order from Smytten two and half months back. While tracking the it shows that the product has been stuck at some wrong place. I brought it to their notice two months back and have been doing constantly for n number of times since then. They still have not refunded my money and has even stopped responding to my mails

This is in regards to the order # 1832928 which was placed on the Smytten application.

The order was divided in to two parts for two products - I had paid in advance for these products. I got one product delivered. But, the other product is not delivered.

Their customer delight team keeps giving me assurance that they are working on it and yet nothing. I asked to cancel the order and process the refund, however, there is no response from their end.

On their application, it shows order cancelled (Shipment # 351656) but there is no refund given.

Hi I usually buy goods from the app SMYTTEN, but during my recent interaction with I have been duped two time regarding my order getting delayed first and then showing delivered on the tracking but the same hasn't been delivered.they don't even share the courier agency or the courier guy number and do not investigate.In one of my order they even showed me my forged signature which is done by the delivery guy still they haven't responded

They are not picking up the call and have ivr set up for Covid 19
I am looking to get this issue resolved for a month but they are just emailing me canned response with no update whatsoever.

I ordered a sugar lipstick on 22nd of march (Order id 1775237). Till now i have mailed atleast 7-8 times. I was given the issue of lockdown. Non essential items have been delivering in my area for a month now. I wanted to cancel my order. That option is not even possible moreover i have to pay a fine for their incompetence. Lockdown has been officially over for 7 days now. Till my order has not moved an inch. Their last email was on 7th june where they said they will revert back within 24 to 48 hours. It has been 5 days without any action and now they have deleted the order details from their site.

My order number #933840 was to be delivered by 27th of July 2020 but till today I haven't received it. Now its showing RTO (Shippers request). Its prepaid order.. I want my money back from smytten now

I have two order first one order id.2534286 which I place order on 6/11/22 and delivery expect shows 12/11/22 but i haven't delievery till now and the tracking details always show vehicle delayed everytime i check and u have been 10 days now since i place order and unfortunately i prepaid my second order id.2551449 which i have tried several times to cancel but they show me error/cannot cancel because products have been process but when i check my tracking details it shows only conform and it's already day it's still in conform.They either letting me cancel my order and refund my money nor they proceed with the products delievery.
I want my refund ASAP...
