    Wrong and half items being send taking full payment without any resolution provided

    It's been happening to me for more than a month. Orders that are being send from Ahmadabad, Kanera are either wrong or half. I have complaint several times but who cares? Their executives are not even bothered to reply properly. They don't even read emails, they write just one line that product will reach you on time, whatever maybe the complaint is. Previously orders used to get dispatched from Tauru where there were rare evidance...

    My product is not delivered to me, it is showing as out of delivery on the app, but the delivery boy is saying that the order has been cancelled they are so arrogant and cheap they are not professional very disponted by smytten and the company app please contact and solve my prblm as soon as possible

      I placed an prepaid order on 24th May order I'd (#[protected], which was cancelled by them only on 30th May, and they haven't refunded me yet. I also tried contacting their costumer care.

          I had placed an order many days ago with online payment, but my order in not yet delivered and it is delaying day by day. I don't think my order will ever be delivered.

              Placed my order more than 24 hours ago. Bill didn't get generated. Usually orders on smytten get shipped within 24 hours. But when I'm tracking my order, it is only showing "confirmed". It was a prepaid order I'm really worried. Order id: Trial Orders

                  My smytten bucks not credited to my account

                  I have ordered a product from smytten using smytten bucks but not received the order and it returned automatically, iam waiting this product for last seven days but not get it, when I go to product details it shows me my smytten bucks has been credited but in real its not credited, ihave email them but no response.

                  Had missing items and it wasn't resolved by smytten team saying that they had resolved multiple orders but they have to realize that their mistakes made them resolve and again they are repeating the same mistakes while shipping the max trail point of 4 was skipped and we had utilized discovery pass and paid amount for this order -

                    On 18th of may i placed an order confining 7 products, but on 23rd may when i received delivery, only 4 of 7 products were delivered, as any other customer would do i filed and raised a query
                    they provided me with a ticket number #319912 and promised to resolve it within 48 hours, but its been a while they havent looked into the matter not even responded with an email
                    by consumer rights i demand either a refund or delivery of missing products from order or any type of compensation

                      My order id is #10144773. The order was supposed to be deliverd by 19th May 2023. However, they are keeping on changing the delivery date every day, without even giving a thought how ugent an order could be. The worst part is they are not even leting me cancel the order.I have pre paid for the order and it is in the nearest hub. Please do the needful.

                            I have done two orders and both the order delivery are getting delayed. One order shows it reached nearby place but is stuck there. Other one shows out for delivery and the consignee did not receive the code. They are not even reaching out to the given contact number. Either deliver the order ASAP or refund my money.

                                Status had not changed since 10 may 2023.

                                Try to talk to them through email but that has not helped at all.
