I have been waiting for the product since very long. I request you to provide a needful help and customer services and request to deliver my product as soon as possible

I haven't received my product yet which is D-Tan pack O3+ of shop order #2900455 and delivery status is showing that your order is delivered but I haven't received it yet please help me regarding this issue as soon as possible. And I have also raise a query but they rejected my request please help me regarding the issue.

There should be 2 pack of Palmer's conditioner. In box it's mention 2 packs but I received only 1.

Kindly look into the matter. This is second time in 45 days when I am facing same issue with smytten. Last time one product was missing but in bill that product was mentioned. I didn't received neither product nor my amount.

Whenever i call on his customer care, they talk rudely and abusing. Very pathetic customer support. I am highly disappointed.

I ordered guess night deodorant on 8th april 2023, but till now 1st may 2023, product not delivered.in product details it shows delivered.
I mailed many times for this issue on [protected]@smytten.com, but there is no answer from smytten. After many mails they reply on 25th april 2023 and accept his mistake. And assure me to refund my money. They accept that "this deo is not available with us at the moment.) mail screenshot attached
And after 22 days, there is no solution in this matter till now, and not refunded my money.

I want to know if you have no products, why you sell them on your website and take money in advance. Its totally scam, they grab our money, and they use our precious money in his works and make profits.

Just think : if they grab money from thousands of people like me and refund after 1 to 2 months, how much money will they collect from us without any interest.

Whenever i call on his customer care, it never connects my call. Very pathetic customer support. I am highly disappointed. Don't cheat customers like this.
Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint against you.

I've mistakenly placed and order for three sunscreens but I wanted only one. Also I've order dryer of philips company but I wanted to order the vega one. I'm trying since morning to cancel the order but they are not cancelling my order. I just want to cancel this order and place a new order of my desired products from the same company. I had ordered few trial packs from smytten on 30th April 2023, it was displayed that the order will be delivered on 4th May 2023 but it was delayed and shifted to 6th May 2023, its 6th May already and I have still not received my order. Kindly fix this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible. Thank you!

I have ordered many times from smytten. My recent order was delivered yesterday only but now the app shows me that not servicable to your pincode 248001.
Kindly resolve this issue....

My 99 bucks got deducted from smytten account. so i tried and called smytten customer care number and found out that the caller is asking for personal details and all and after that he kept on abusing me so i droped the call. the recording is also save with me.

My 2 orders with ID #2874294 and#9726059 Haven't been delivered yet and they have not contacted me

I have ordered 2 sets of products from smytten which were scheduled to be delivered on 27 and 28 of April . But there is no news regarding the product . The tracking link shows that they are unable to identify the location, there was no call or message from their part and there is no way by which I can contact them

Smytten is showing not servicable to my pincode but every other person is getting their products

I have ordered a trial package ...but it doesn't delivered yet ...its nearly been a month .I want refund or package

I ordered trial pack on 20 April onwards which has to deliver by 24 April . At first the delivery agent called and said your order will delivered by tomorrow as he said he is not able to deliver the order today. But then he called next day and again said that he will deliver the order tomorrow . And for sudden when I checked my orders status it was refused/cancelled. I never cancelled that . Their behaviour was very annoying that delivery agent firstly doesn't pick call and then he blocked my number and then I sent email to the customer care at first they said it will deliver within 24 hrs but got nothing after that I sent them another email but got no response. I just want my order as soon as possible as they don't provide refund.
