I am writing this letter to inform you that on 14/04/2023, I placed an order for trail product using your platform (Application/ Website) having Order ID #9599816 . I would regret to inform you that the above-said order was supposed to be delivered on 19/04/2023 but as of now, I have not received any deliveries from your side. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours. i want to change my delivery number to [protected]
I[censored] are not able to deliver product I request and appeal for a refund/ cancellation for an order which was placed on 14 /04/2023. The registered number is [protected] . I didn't not received my order what i had ordered, and received different product today. completely disappointed.

Please arrange the return for this & i would need the product that i had ordered and paid for.

My order number is #9219687 is they didn’t deliver my order yet and they’re not even giving refund for my order. I AM already paid for the order. The customer service is worst they are not responding Delivery was last modified, smytten is claiming that they have processed the refund, but i have not get any refund in my bank account Refund was last modified: April 13th, 2023.

I received some neckless agaist perfume, please share correct product asap.

One of my orders named vibrant with vitamin c smytten picks is missing. 4 products are missing even after the payment. I need a refund or to provide the product I ordered to

I had ordered 12 products n paid for it. But the delivery person shows delivered n open n refused to accept but in real nothing was delivered.
Payment is also done n no products delivered. Atleast refund my money because now I can't even cancel it

I have paid ₹199 for the trial order and got an email instantly that you have successfully received my payment but still my order was not confirmed yet.
I even send you emails about my problem on your email ID [protected]@smytten.com but none of my emails got reply from your side, could you please look into it otherwise give my money back.

I ordered a parcel in smytten paid through online it's been two weeks I didn't receive my order but they shows customer not responding they even make a call or email or text please give my order

I've placed an order on 13th April, 2023.
Order id: #2857445.
I've ordered total 4 items from smytten shop, it was PREPAID and they were divided into 2 shipments, each shipment had 2 products. One shipment was delivered rightly. But the other shipment was supposed to deliver 2 products- maybelline highlighter and the derma co sunscreen. But I received only the maybelline highlighter and the sunscreen was missing. Even I've not received the invoice of that shipment.

I've already raised a ticket in the app with supporting evidence but the system rejected it for not enough information.

And the smytten team doesn't even give response of the mails.

I just want refund, I don't want that product anymore, I just don't want anything from smytten anymore, I just want my money back.

On 11 April 2023 at 04:26 pm i had ordered 10trial products { Trail Order #9539988 } for which i had paid ₹199 by online payment and that it showed that my product will be delivered till 16 April 2023 but 2days it start showing delay in delivery and after it they said that i had asked them for cancellation, but they have policy to verify cancellation by otp which they had not done how they would do it when no one had arrived at my address after 2-3time i dis agree from cancellation they himself cancelled it. Now on asking for refund delhivery partner said that we don't know ask from smytten and smytten saying we don't refund delivery charges why should I pay when nothing had arrived at my home i want my refund

My order is delayed, it supposed to delivered by April 15 still delivery pending and payment was already done through UPI . There is no customer service number please try to deliver my order ASAP otherwise refund my money

I ordered items worth Rs. 811 from smytten. The items were added in cart i tried payment through upi first but it failed so after 2 hrs I tried payment through debit card and money got debited from my account but the order was not confirmed. Then I checked my cart and saw that one item was out of stock. Can you please look into this? I want refund
