My order delivery date was 24 march but I still haven't received it. There is no way to contact smytten and talk. It's a prepaid order and i can't even cancel order and get a refund....

I am getting my order; it's been more than 2 weeks. app shows consignee refused to accept order but didn't get any call SMS, mail for order delivery and no one come to my place.

provide my order soon, I didn't cancel any of my order.
otherwise give my money back...

I have ordered my procts on march 16 and today is the delivery date and in the app its showing that it has been delivered the product but i haven't recieved my order. Please may i know to whom the delivery person has delivered the products even we don't have any tracking number or delivery person number to whom we should call and the smytten app also don't have customer care or helpline number . Please refund my money or resolve the problem...

I had ordered 4 packets of raisins.(order no. 2794441) I received only 1 packet. I had raised a query, they rejected the query. Do you think I'm lying, I've been a loyal customer of smytten since past few months. I deserve the refund for the missing products.
I mailed many times for this issue on [protected]@smytten.com, but there is no satisfied answer from smytten and there is no solution in this matter till now.

I have placed shop order no 2788553. One Soultree shampoo in my order delivered is missing. The transaction is prepaid. Pls either provide the missing product or refund my amount....

I ordered a perfume 'midnight senses' by the brand adiveda natural.
i have previously used this product from smytten and hence i know what the original product smells and looks like.
the perfume they sent is duplicate and it was leaking and the paint is peeling off and the perfume cap was sticky when I got the product.

So I ordered plum vanilla vibes body mist it came in a damaged condition the product was leaking and the liquid inside the plastic bottle is definitely not body mist the liquid has a purplish tint to it and has a strong smell of hand sanitizer it gives a clear indication that my product has been altered.
I am expecting a replacement of the product but the customer care team is not responding and neither providing me with any necessary...
