        I placed an order on smytten on 24 March 2023 with order Id #9174915. Since then it hasn't been delivered and no delivery person made contact with me. I raised the issue with their team but they aren't resolving it. I asked for a refund but they are falsely claiming that my order was delivered when it was not. Please resolve my issue and help me get a refund.

              Hi symtten,

              Yesterday i ordered some 6 productof dry fruits. Today morning i recived one packet which contained two products premium cashew and premium almond where other 4 product like premium cashew premium almond premium nuts and dry fruits combo trail mix wasn't delivered still in the app it shows as product as been delivered. Iam really disappointed with the app. Please help me with this.

                Sir,
                I had ordered from smytten and availed a different product. Really not happy with this service. My actual order is Bella Voste's Bitter sweet (06) shade lipstick of 5 trial points butI received a product of Just herbs Mulberry mauve shade one.I have raised a query and it is closed without a reason.
                Please arrange the return for this and I would need the product I ordered and paid rs 258 rs/- for.
                Kindly consider this as urgent and do the needful

                  I have placed an order no. #2800114 on March 18 for an amount of Rs. 1316. The delivery date was March 24 and till date the shipment is on hold.
                  Smytten do not have a working customer care no. They just provide a mail ID from which we get just the pre-recorded sort of reverts.
                  Their delivery partner "DELHIVERY" is also the same. I have tried desperately to reach them but their customer support is equally pathetic and also they have fraud people on call who keep on asking OTP or validating some link...which I cannot do.

                  Please help me in below two points:
                  1) Delivery of my order
                  2) Smytten should be forced to place a working customer care no. where we can get atleast some real information about orders placed. Or their app should be simply closed down.

                    I ordered the items on 16th march and every day the new delivery date is being update and the process is still stuck at same. This is very ridiculous and disappointed. The app should be banned for the safety of the people.
                    Please help my items to get it delivered.

                      So I ordered something from Smytten and I prepaid for it but when I paid the money the product which I ordered aren’t there. Thr products are different then I cancel my order and I called the customer care they said your refund will came in your bank account but it came in my Smytten wallet and they said it will be expired in 30 days. Apart of all this they say you can’t redeem that Smytten wallet cash in one chance at first you get 15% off( on order less than 799) then 25%off ( on order above 799) and not only this they are saying you have to purchase something from Smytten shop and product value should be more than 800 which is quite unfair. I am a customer they will not do this to me and I need my refund this is against my consumer rights please help me. Otherwise I have to go on another level.

                          I am getting my order; it's been more than 2 weeks. app shows consignee refused to accept order but didn't get any call SMS, mail for order delivery and no one come to my place.

                          provide my order soon, I didn't cancel any of my order.

                            I have ordered Mindful chocolate protein energy ball, but I received wrong products which is almond bar worth rs 360/- but my product price is1050.00 My ticket I'd is 279276 for Shop Order #2796903 dated 16.03.2023.
                            I have complaint on smytten app but i get this reply -
                            as we couldn't find sufficient information to address your concerns. Kindly reach out to us via eMail with this Ticket ID providing additional information to better assist you.

                            Hence I am mailing you, so please replace my product at earliest.

                              I have ordered my procts on march 16 and today is the delivery date and in the app its showing that it has been delivered the product but i haven't recieved my order. Please may i know to whom the delivery person has delivered the products even we don't have any tracking number or delivery person number to whom we should call and the smytten app also don't have customer care or helpline number . Please refund my money or resolve the problem

                                I had ordered 4 packets of raisins.(order no. 2794441) I received only 1 packet. I had raised a query, they rejected the query. Do you think I'm lying, I've been a loyal customer of smytten since past few months. I deserve the refund for the missing products.
                                I mailed many times for this issue on [protected]@smytten.com, but there is no satisfied answer from smytten and there is no solution in this matter till now.
                                Please don't cheat customers like this.
                                deliver my order as soon as possible or i will sign a complaint against you whenever i call on your customer care it never connects my call. very pathetic customer support. i am highly disappointed.
                                I need my missing Products ASAP.
                                Or refund my amount...
