This is fake app money money was waste because i will oder a product and my it is not delivered so give me my money...

I opened my package(walnut scrub) from smytten. There were worms inside it.
Raised an issue they closed my case without solving my issue....

My order must be delivered on the expected date i.e on 16th March I wrote an email to Smytten customer care email but I have not received any reply from Smytten customer care. I am not going to be there in the address after 16th November so it is very important that the ordered items are delivered on the expected day as they have mentioned. Hence I want my order to be on time and not delayed. Since I saw online many complaints from consumers...

I lanched the complaint before regarding smytten .They cancled my that order and not refunding . The problem is not geting otp at the time or delivery and not getting order delivered what them to change the linked number but not getting any reponse . Today i am going to recieve my second order from smytten worth 1000+ trying to contact hem again and again but not getting any response. Fon't want to loose this one....

I ordered on 28th February. It shipped on 3rd March and sill not delivered. I made payment done. They are not replying my emails. If they can't deliver then refund my money. They have worst customer service....

They've not refunded my money yet and least bothered to reply their customers please go through and help me resolve

Order confirmation is not received even after payment successful and the products are still in cart...

I placed an order on 1st March, it has been 8 days. I have not gotten the product. They are not answering my calls. No communication from their end. I mailed them so many times. Their reply was an automated mail not even addressing my concern. There is no guarantee that I could get a refund. very poor customer care service....

Smytten is a very unorganized company with no mobile number for queries and no reply by mail will be received. By mistake, I entered the wrong mobile number that's why I did not. received my order due to which delivery boy went back but did not handover the order to me. I did not. recieved order yet and trying to contact smytten again and again....

I have placed an order on 25 Feb at 06:55 AM . Today is 5th March but package has not shipped yet, I have emailed them three times but not getting satisfactory reply....

I can't receive my product and they show me it was delivered on 28 feb and they show me it was delivered on 3 march but i didn't receive i want to refund my amount...

I ordered few items from shop section and there were good discounts on products. One product from colobar had an additional 15% discount which was supposed to be auto applied on cart. But when i confirmed the order i noticed the discount was not applied....

I ordered 10 product on 14 February prepaid and its been week i did not received my product also my order come near my location and after that they returned product without my acknowledge also did not contact me. so solve this problem or give my paid back...
