I Have bought a cubit multitouch 8gb luch 2 mobile through on line(order no-[protected]).A faulty mobile send to me .I have applied for return it or refund(return request no.[protected].A person mail to me and advice to return it to kolkata centre(kamarhati).and mail the scan copy of courier receive slip to this mail.And also told to me that after receiving he talk to me .I Have already send the mobile by courier(first flight no-E[protected]), but there is no communication with me.And In this mail id no any mail not proceed.Please take action.
