Snapdeal — Automatic cancellation of product and not refund

Sir,
my name is ankul jain,
i am puchase a product from snapdeal on 28th feb. by online payment.after three days on the date of 1st march snapdeal automatic cancel my product and only 10/-- refunded in my freecharge wallet.

for this behaviour of automatic cancellation of paid product and refund only 10/- at the place of 30/-.that really a very bad behaviour of snapdeal.
regarding misbehave, i complaint no. of times but there is no good response from snapdeal.i complaint everyday on snapdeal. even they don't try to short out my issue.
i have humble request to you to take an action against snapdeal so they think before misbehave with any one.
