Snapdeal.com — 30 days to ship a mobile, shipment is not on time at all .

I did order a Nexus 5 mobile device on 26th Dec 2013, Est. shipment time was 30th December while I was placing the order. On 30 Dec 2013 they have changed the Est. shipping date to 2nd Jan 2014, now on 2nd Jan 2014 the Est. Shipping date is 20th Jan 2014. Means I have to wait for one month to get my Mobile device, waste of time and my money is stuck. Customer care people know only one word "sorry for the inconvenience sir". Horrible experience, this is the mistake snapdeal is repeating and its not a good sign of better organization.
