I ordered a product from Snapdeal called Musclepharm Combat powder (protein supplements) precisely on 14th May 2014 merely after seeing the price at which they were offering. I usually order my supplements way before time, but this time I ordered when I had stocks for only three days. Usually healthkart and other portals offer in just about 2 days. But with Snapdeal it was a nightmare. Their most trustworthy courier partners ecom express couldn’t deliver at my doorstep and finally I had to pick it up from their checkpoint after 10 days. It took Snapdeal 10 freaking days to deliver the product or rather I must say I myself had to go and get the product picked up from their courier partner office which is 13 kms away from my residence. Snapdeal ship their products by ecom express which is the worst ever courier company in the nation. Ecom express tracking doesn’t work and the customer service helpline based in Delhi will atleast keep you on hold for 15 crucifying minutes. Ok so Snapdeal made a commitment to me that the product would be delivered to my doorstep by 20th May. I must have made over 25 STD calls in 3-4 day from 20th May to 23rd May to both Snapdeal and ecom express helpline. They only kept committing me that the product would reach today anyhow. That today never came. Finally somebody very great from ecom express office forwarded me number of their Kalyan checkpoint where they said my product must have been kept. Due to some backlog issues they can’t send it over to my place. Finally after numerous calls to some very idiotic person I had to myself travel 13kms from my residence to pick this product from their Kalyan checkpoint. My product was simply kept to rot on the floor. The entire shop was infested with rodents and mustn’t have been cleaned for ages. After providing necessary photo identity my proof, the parcel was handed over to me. The sight of their office was so disgusting. Over 30-40 courier bags were scattered on the floor and 2-3 illiterate boys were operating the whole show at the very great ecom express checkpoint in Kalyan. Finally from a very dirty courier they removed my parcel and handed it over to me. Now coming to the parcel, here’s what I have to say. The huge Musclepharm Combat powder can was not even bubble wrapped and had no branding of Snapdeal whatsoever. After removing the can I saw it’s damaged and squeezed from one end so badly that later on I had to transfer all the supps into one of my old cans. THIS IS SNAPDEAL FOR YOU FOLKS. THIS LETHARGIC AND THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY JUST CAN’T DELIVER STUFFS AT YOUR DOORSTEP. It’s operated by a bunch of liars. Starting from the founders in the upper hierarchy to the lowest customer service rep everybody just lie. About the very great ecom express, these guys (obviously the founders) should go to some MBA schools and learn how shipping and logistics company are supposed to operate, bloody retarded courier company.
