[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — cashback not received | |
This is regarding my citibank cashback that i am supposed to get on my order (Order id: [protected] for "blue star premium e series table top water dispenser"). I was supposed to receive 15% cashback on this in december month but i have not received that yet. I dropped a mail to snapdeal customer support regarding this but haven't heard back anything from them. Request your help in this. Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal customer support called me and said the amount will be credited. They said the issue is because of the software that doesn't handle the item return or exchange cases properly for cashback. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
