Order placed on-28Mar17. I ordered philips hair straightener and got a straightener of Nova. I checked my order, it is cancelled and I was not informed about it. Snapdeal shared my information with fraud seller (Shyam world, 101-Sairam complex surat 395004)and they left no option to return it. They even not helping me as this was not shipped by snapdeal and Bill was not generated by snapdeal. I want refund now.

I ordered hard drive instead of this fraud seller ( Shyam world, 101-Sairam complex Surat 395004) deliver NOVA PROFESSIONAL HAIR CLIPPER MODEL NO.: NHC-8007 worth 1023/- only and they left no option to return it. Even my Snapdeal order list saying that my order is cancelled. And customer care number +91-[protected] don't give me any help by their chatBot.
I would not buy any thing from this site because of their customer support and this kind of seller.
They even don't provide bill during delivery of product.
Help me with this problem as soon as possible.

I faced the same problem after ordering philiphs QT 4018 trimmer and received the nova trimmer and after 45 days and around 45 calls to the customer care a senior customer adviser told me that as there was no snapdeal logo on the delivered parcel you should not have accepted it and so we would do nothing in this order as it was not sent by snapdeal seller.
The question is how come this many people's order got leaked and received the product from another seller and the snapdeal seller did not deliver the actual product to any of the customers.
Learnt a lesson today that never buy from snapdeal.

I doesn't order anything from snapdeal but i received one Package with Cod of amount 599₹. there is No seller contact information mentioned on packaging not even Seller name or product name and I just receive and chep bricked trimmer. i payed 599 rupees for these poor fake product there is Only seller returning adress is mentioned over packaging not even product id.

Inspite of that i got a delivery on(31/03/2017) around 12:00 PM from a 3P courier. Shipped by: SHYAM WORLD.
I gave Rs. 950/- COD. But when i open the package, it was a basic NOVA trimmer. very bad. I was not expecting this kind of a response from SNAPDEAL in particular. Completely clueless with the way the product was delivered.
I ordered PHILIPS trimmer, i got NOVA trimmer.

Kindly look into those details.
I want the refund on this (Rs. 950/). Take necessary action on this.
