I order a trimmer philips cost 950 and after four days when i got the delivery, i shocked opening my package it was a nova trimmer inside and bill was of philip trimmer. When i told delivery boy about this issue even he was there only he told tht u hv to book complain to change it but many time i talked with customer care but not getting any feedback

    I gad ordered this hair dryer which was shown to be cancelled on the Snapdeal order tracking panel, but yesterday I received a courier saying that it contained the said product, at that time I was in college so I asked my mother to receive it. When I reached home and checked out the product, on the invoice it said "PHILIPS HP8100/06 HAIR DRYER BLUE", so i opened it only to find a "NOVA N-6132" hair dryer inside.
    Yesterday, i called up the Snapdeal customer care representative and registered a complaint in this regard and he asked me to wait for 24hrs and I would get a call from Snapdeal in tge above regard, but nothing of this sort happened, so I write this mail.
    I have also attached the photos of the delivered product.
    Please take a look and help me out in this regard and take appropriate action.

      Ordered philips trimmer for 950 rs, and got a trimmer of nova. When I checked my order, it was cancelled and I was not informed about it. Snapdeal shared my info with fraud seller (shyam World) and they left no option to return it. They even not helping me as this was not shipped by Snapdeal and bill was not generated by Snapdeal. Want a refund now.

        I ordered a product from Snapdeal and got a wrong product. Though same brand but different model. I am not much of an online shopper but gave it a try for first time but it turned out to be a poor one. Now I am still waiting to hear from the Co. to take back the wrong product that they have sent. Getting no satisfactory response from their end. It feels like customers are being cheated in the name of online shopping.

          Recently I purchased a Puma Sandal (order id: [protected]) from snapdeal on 03-mar-2017. And I was delivered the product in time. when I got the sandal in my hand, I found that I have some fitting issue with it, so I concerned myself to return the product and took necessary steps to return it. then, when the courier boy from snapdeal came to pick up the product, he checked the product by himself whether it is genuine or not and handed me a confirmatory reciept after checking. But after a few days, snapdeal called me and said that my product failed in their quality check as it was different from the original. But, I checked by myself that i got the product i ordered and i returned the same and the courier boy also confirmed that. So, now I am wondering that how the product got changed and where? It's not possible for me to know everything from staying at home. I also talked to snapdeal many times regarding this issue but they refused.So I'm writing my problem to the forum for justice.

              I ordered 43 inch Haier led TV. First of all i received it damaged and completely broken. After that I filed return request so they said reverse pick up is not available for your location please send us the courier manually, we'll refund your courier amount.Eventually I decided to go for it. I courier it vai blue dart. I placed orders on 6th of March. They refunded my order amount on 18nth of March. The most disgusting fact is that they haven't refunded my courier amount. It's on verge of the completion of one month from order placed. I have called 10 times.

                Courier boy used abusing word when i tried calling him.
                I have booked a earphone but when it came he called me but i was in class so i couldnt respond him but at lunch break i called him but he used bad words. That guy don't know how to behave with customers.
                Why u guys have given him a job i don't know, u should know how he responds how they react to others it's there duty to submit our orders but sometimes for some reasons we couldn't go for that they shouldn't get angry and abuse us.

                        Sir,
                        I m not getting a proper solution about this case for last three long months and now i have decided to solve the matter in consumer court registered reference id 212721...being a prior customer of snapdeal for last 4 years i am dealing frequently with snapdeal but i have ordered a weston 48 inch led tv last December which was malfunctioned and hence i complained the issue at ur customers service and they assist me to send it back to the nearest warehouse..i did the same and after that they initiated the refund too but dramatically the warehouse authorities rejected my complaint and sent back the same item...after receiving the same item i discovered a broken panel led which was not even well packed by the warehouse itself...whenever i raised the matter to the concern authorities they told me to sent the images of the broken panel led and i did the same...after all this they are declining everything now and letting me know that i wilnt get the get the refund...

                                On 6th of march I placed a order with snapdeal of Royal canin maxi junior Dog food of 15kgs with order no. [protected]. On 15th of march when I opened the product I found that the product was not genuine as the shape, size, smell and the colour of the food was different from the previous food, So I placed a return request and the snapdeal executive took the parcel back on 16th march. On 22nd of march I received a email from Snapdeal saying the product was genuine ( which it was not ) and on the following day I received a call from the delivery boy for the delivery of the same product and for which I clearly denied to accept and asked him to get an Original one and after 8 days I received a email from Snapdeal saying they are blocking my account and it stated that the product has already been delivered to my house, whereas I didn't receive the product back and at the present when I called up they told me they have the product at their warehouse and I'm neither getting the product back nor the refund of the product.

                                  I had purchased a refurbished Lenovo vibe mobile from snapdeal. It has critical battery problem as well as out of warranty
                                  I requested to refund but they are not supporting me.snapdeal said to issue a deny letter from service centre but service centre not providing that.I am very much stressed. I become a toy between snapdeal and service centre. Please help me.

                                  Still i am facing problems.according to snapdeal represtative i had send my parcel to seller but seller didnt accepted delivery and my parcel is still in transit.i need help n support from snapdeal.to extend my help option .i had sent it on 3apl 2017 but still its in transit with seller.please allow me more days.i had suffered alot with this n also having mental stress.

                                  I had sent my parcel to seller for being instruted by snapdeal costomer represantation on 1april. I had sent it by india post.my parcel status shows that still its pending. I want to say that when ever my parcel reaches to seller i dont want that mobile because it is in very bad condition and i suffererd a lot with that.i want to request taht i want my money back as refund me as soon as possible..i feel releaf onlu when i get good response from snapdeal that they are going to refund me for my worst product.

                                  I had send my mobile to seller but i dont know why its not delivered to seller. I would like to request snapdeal that dont close any help option for me for any time barred. I feel so unlucky because i dont have mobile as well as no money.i feel so helpless because there is nothing any situation in my hand.please help me.

                                  I had inform snapdeal that my parcel delivered on[protected]. Tracking are clear that my parcel is delivered to concerned party but they are saying that they dont get any parcel.what can i do now.please help me.

                                    Sir I purchase openbox meizu M1 note but the phone have some problem ..So I returned it.. when phone reached to Snapdeal they told k ur account has blocked because in ur account we found suspesious and difference...And told ur refund is not possible.and we bloke ur account big big fraud..I want my money or phone e back...I buy 3 phone from Snapdeal but they also defective phones so I returned and got refund but this time they Blok my account Nd didn't refund

                                      I purchased a jeans order id [protected] the product was not fit, i made request for return .
                                      Under Suborder id [protected] return
                                      request approved ticket no 40552823, schedule date for refund
                                      was given 14/03/2017 but still not getting the amount, when
                                      queried about it with customer Care official, illogical
                                      reason has been given, i had placed the order on 27/02/17 and
                                      the txn number was.

                                      I am feeling very much cheated by such a reputed company
                                      like snapdeal, we have no any reason now to have faith in
