I ordered philips qht 4006/11 trimmer of 950rs.but when i received the product by dtdc courier service nd open it there is a nova nhc 3922 trimmer having price only 350rs while tracking product order showing message of cancellation

I m not getting a proper solution about this case for last three long months and now i have decided to solve the matter in consumer court registered reference id 212721...being a prior customer of snapdeal for last 4 years i am dealing frequently with snapdeal but i have ordered a weston 48 inch led tv last December which was malfunctioned and hence i complained the issue at ur customers service and they assist me to send it...

I am loyal customer of snapdeal since 3 years, I have purchased 3 pair of shoes but i returned 1 pair to the snapdeal after that i didn't get any amount even after complaining so many times to the customercare (complain no.[protected] today when i talked to customercare they flatly said that they won't return any money please help me I am a poor housewife please resolve my query...

They are not taking my saree they are telling that return request is closed...

I requested to refund but they are not supporting me.snapdeal said to issue a deny letter from service centre but service centre not providing that.I am very much stressed. I become a toy between snapdeal and service centre. Please help me.

Sir I purchase openbox meizu M1 note but the phone have some problem ..So I returned it.. when phone reached to Snapdeal they told k ur account has blocked because in ur account we found suspesious and difference...And told ur refund is not possible.and we bloke ur account big big fraud..I want my money or phone e back...I buy 3 phone from Snapdeal but they also defective phones so I returned and got refund but this time they Blok my account...

I had ordered a Mac lipstick from snap deal that does not match the description of the product on its website. The product is of very poor quality and purportedly fake when compared to the same product in a brick and mortar store of Mac. The order number was [protected].

I have purchased one micromax micromax q450 16gb white mobile from snapdeal on 17th of dec 2016 and it's price was 8, 299 rs inc tax on the website. There was 10% instant off on hdfc credit card however, i have paid the money through hdfc credit card and it's been 3 months i have not got the 10% off on actual price.

I have contacted them several time to get my instant off price but they always...

I have informed them repeatedly that I have not required this type of poor quality product but they did not return the item.
