[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — customer harassment by delivery guys | |||
I ordered sennheiser cx213 earphones from snapdeal on 18th march and paid via debit card. As per their site and it still says that it will be delivered within 5-7 days and if product is defective it will be replaced within next 2-4 days of delivery. First of all i received a defective product and even that order was received after 10 days, headphone jack wouldn't fit in my cellphone (Samsung s7 edge). Snapdeal will keep messaging me that delivery guy will show up alongside his name and phone no. Phone is always not reachable and snapdeal would blame me that i could not collect my order and it has been rescheduled. This happend for 3 days. Today is 6th april still haven't received my order and that cycle of blaming me for not receiving and delivery phone no. Not reachable has started again. Snapdeal has to pay for this harassment, this was certainly my last order from this company. Was this information helpful? | |||
