[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Delayed refund

On 27 Mar 2022 i have placed order for Selvia-Multicolor Crepe Women's Fit, and paid online Rs.675, but i received a different dress which looked very old, worn out and used. Therefore i requested for return on the same day, but i got a mail from Snapdeal saying that there is no return pickup service in my area and asked me to courier on my own and claim courier charges.
So i myself couriered through DTDC on 6th April and spent Rs. 165 for returning back the item to its warehouse in Surat with its original packaging and tags.
Not i have been following up but there is no reply from snapdeal team.
I have shared my bank account details and copy of original receipt in [protected]@snapdeal.com many times. But as on 11 April my refund is not processed and still the status is not being updated in the website.
Too bad service and too much delay in refunding the amount.
