I received substandard corner shelves, immediately returned all th three but i got refund for one eventhough i returned all the three. Still rs.998 is pending since more than a month. Repeatedly i am mailing but negative attitude. Even i gave pickup boy's number to contact as a proof but the company is so irresponsible that never tried to solve the issue. Few days back i got a message you didnt return the items so we are closing the issue. Those who are all reading this kindly be away from this fraud company. There are amazon and flipkart very honest and professional company. Kindly spread this...

I received the call from this number: +91 [protected] regarding my order id: [protected], placed on 01 dec 2017. So today snapdeal has cancelled my order without my permission. They didn't intimate me before cancelling the order. I complain to snapdeal today morning. I receive the call now and the agent hung up my call without giving any solution. This is how you will treat your valuable customer. I need the proper solution for this order and call me to solve this issue with a proper solution....

A highly unanticipated incident has occurred wherein i, the consumer, had ordered a micromax bharat 1 phone from snapdeal.com on the 9th of november 2017 vide order number [protected].

On the 17th of november, the package was delivered. Upon opening the same, the content did not match the description. A different model of micromax phone had been delivered instead of the bharat 1 phone. This unintended incident of incorrect product delivery was soon intimated to snapdeal in writing, to which they responded accordingly. A couple of days later, reverse pickup was arranged by vulcan logistics.

I am again filing complaint against same product and same issue. I got a call from snapdeal. They told me that my return has been declined. I don't know why it is declined. I have simply described that product quality is very poor. It is not worth of 2876/-. It is not acceptable and i want to return it. Thats it.
They are saying you have returned 13 order out of 23 orders. So what?? It is not mentioned anywhere in terms and condition that how many orders can be return by a customer. I have rights to return every order...

I received item immediately i raised return request through online. I think this is not a genuine product (Box sony logo is different. No mrp sticker) i never use this product even i am not open the box. I received call and some one told me that if the product deliver properly we will unable to process your return request. Then i send mail and got same reply.

If the product is a fake one why i will keep this?
Please refund my money....

Snapdeal — want refund in different bank account [Resolved]

I have purchased a set wet mischief, swag, charm, and cool avatar deodorant spray perfume - set of 4 (Size: 150ml) on 24 november which was delivered yesterday now i want to return it because i am not satisfied with the product.
I want my refunded amount in a different bank account other than the account which is linked with the debit card that i use to purchase the item, due to my personal issue.
The containers of all four deodorants have many dents, scratches, dirt and looking used...
They all have two different stickers in which their price, manufacture date, expiry date...

I have bought a elica chimney from snapdeal which delivered at 1st nov 2017. After this i contacted to elica for installation support but no one came to installed neither any confirmation call so initiated return within 7 days period. But till date nither snapdel return item not called to resolve issue.in snapdeal anyone can not talk to directly customer care executive. One month passed, snapdeal is not returned item. Very worst ever experience for online purchase in snapdeal. Kindly take back your item and return my money....

Hi, i have ordered "philips curl ceramic hp 8602 hair stylers black and white" (2000 rs/-) on 16th november 2017 (Order id: [protected]) but wrong product got delivered on 20th november (Instead of curler, straightener got delivered). When i raised a request for replacement, it got executed on 24th nov... But still i am waiting for my product as there is no any update reflecting on snapdeal page regarding order. Getting only below details:

Once item is received back at snapdeal, replacement request is approved after the quality check.

I had placed an order for dune perfume by christian dior. I was sent an absolutely wrong perfume. I paid 4500 rs as online payment and they sent me some cheap perfume! Now there is no access to talk to these frauds and no one has even come for pickup. Looks like i wont get my refund either!!

This site should be banned and the owners should be put in jail for cheating clients like this! Why can we not talk to customer service? Every other online site has a credible customer service help!

I want my money back asap!...

[protected] is the product i ordered but i want to return the product as the product is not liked by me but return is rejected by the team saying that i have ordered 11, products and returned 7 so i have to keep this product. I always prepaid the amount and being a online shopper if i don't like the product or find value for money, i can return the product but after mailing so many times in helps appeal.com and customer care, i'm not getting any reply.
When the product is under return policy i can return the product or else snap deal should notify me the same before proceeding my order request...

I have ordered a product from snapdeal and received wrong size of it. I have opted for replacement for which i have returned the product. Instead of replacement they have asked me to provide the bank details for refunding. Though i have provided right information, i got the text message saying the details aren't correct.in that context i have mailed the respective website which said the concern will be solved in 24 hours, but in vain. And most importantly there is no facility of contacting snapdeal customer care through phone calls....

I have received fossil fs4159 men's watch on 27th nov, 2017. But it was in damaged condition. I didn't have any stopper at its crown and it was in on condition so that should not be case. As it was mention in product description that it will have stopper at its crown. But unfortunately snapdeal cheated me.
I also sent them photo regarding product showing damage/colour damge. But still havn't get any reply.

Before use this product my cousin hair is good and after using this product glatt rebonding cream my cousin hair is not able straight and all the hair is totally damaged and not a even single hair is straight with this product.

I had ordered a cloth drying stand through the snapdeal portal on 07th nov 2017 (Order id - [protected]) and the product was delivered on 10th nov 2017.
