      I had ordered Red Bhagalpuri Silk Saree from BESTSHOP VENTURES Address: Shop No 112 Shree Kuberji Textile Park 2 Delhi Gate Surat Behind Belgium Square City Surat State Gujarat Pin 395002. But instead of Saree I have received left over clothes waste pieces. Instead of delivery wrong product they have delivered the waste pieces which are thrown away. Snapdeals customer care no is also fraud, it's switched off. Unable to contact their customer service provider.

          This is a very big fraud they tell to complete task for commission but after completing task they said to compete more task when i ask for only my money doesnt give me any money 😰😰

              Cancelled on 11 March 2022
              The payment was made through a Debit card.
              On cancelling the order, I received a mail from Snapdeal saying a refund has been initiated and the amount (Rs 1949/-) would be credited to my account within 7-10 days.
              Now 2 weeks have passed and there is neither and transfer to my account nor any communication thereon.
              The Snapdeal customer care portal shows no phone number. There is one WhatsApp no. though, where probably one can chat; but that is of no use because WhatsApp transcripts or SMS messages are not admissible as evidence in any court.
              On searching on the net, I could find one phone number though,[protected], which is automated. On dialling the number and going through the pre-programmed guidance, I ended up with the message that there is no pending order against the number being called from and then I get auto disconnected.
              All this clearly shows that Snapdeal has taken every precaution to cover their tracks in case of any dispute and ensured that the aggrieved customer can seek no legal redressal whatsoever. This way it is totally left to the whims of the company whether to execute an order or to gobble up the prepaid money; whether to make a refund or to just walk away with no worry of any legal backlash.
              Kindly help me get my refund

              No further response from Snapdeal; neither do they show any inclination to return the money. There is no phone number where one can speak to them; their mails come from an ID to which all replies are blocked. There is a dummy 'request for call back' button on their portal; needless to say, they never call. All in all, it is clear Snapdeal can cheat any customer with impunity with no fear of any legal blowback; all these complaint portals are just humbugs; they can do nothing apart from forwarding your message to them. If Snapdeal decides to cheat you of your money, they will do it with impunity, any time; that is the bottomline. My advise is, AVOID SNAPDEAL if you care for your hard earned money.
              I have received a mail from them; they are asking for my bank statement. This is highly abnormal, a thousand company does not have their own accounting records and asks the customer to prove they have not received refund. Even the Indian Income Tax dept. does not ask for the bank statement to effect a refund. This not only amounts to harrassment but is also a very irregular and illegal practise to demand bank statements from customers. Snapdeal is not an enforcemant department, that gives them the right to demand bank statements from anyone. Please help.

                I have ordered jisun detergent holder (order no - [protected]) and Jisun stainless steel corner rack (order no - [protected]), but i have received Jisun stainless steel corner rack only. Only one product had delivered by your delivery boy and he has taken full amount for both order i.e. Rs. 888/- from me and status shows that both orders has delivered. Please deliver jisun detergent holder products as soon as possible because i have already paid for it and i am not cancel this order.
                I am very much upset with your Whats app message where you mentioned one order will deliver today out of two orders and you have to pay Rs. 888/- for a single order instead of both order. Giving you screen shot for your reference. You all are very much aware of that only single order will deliver and will charge for both orders. Shame on you all. Not only that after some time the detergent holder rack (pack of two) has cancelled from your side. I did not cancel this order at all. Still i am waiting for this product. I request you to deliver this product as soon as possible because you have already received payment for the same.
                I am a regular customer of your company and this time I am very much upset due to missing of one product for delivery to me. Please take immediate action against this complain and deliver the product hold by you to my registered address.

                      Hi..I had order a Sherine Ryon kurti from Snapdeal. Checked it's rating too..it has good rating and it's Snapdeal verified too..but received a third class cheap top with no tag intact on it...complained Snapdeal via app, phone call and WhatsApp..There response system is very poor..Asked for the exchange of product...But it's already 3 days past getting msg from the courier ..Pickup of Snapdeal not done due to wrong address...how can this possible u can deliver the product on the same address but while picking up the address is wrong... Don't know what to do.. Snapdeal is eating people harden money and time..It's a scam

                        This is in regard of my order of shewill kurti set, with suborder id [protected]
                        My registered number is [protected] and email address is [protected]@gmail.com
                        I got this on 16 feb 2022, and it was not in a condition that I could wear it, since then I am trying to return it but in vain. It is not of my size plus fabric is not as expected . For a product worth 1950 I can't afford such a burden on myself. Again and again I am calling the snapdeal support got no relief whatsoever. With all the measures exhausted I got in touch with the twitter team as my last hope, but they too denied.Please look into the matter ASAP.

                            As everyone in their lives need money desperately to survive, I too need money for my studies, where I can build my career . because of financial problems of my family, I started to search a online job so I can earn easily .
                            There I opened snapdeal online part time job where the merchant will give you the specified goods when you place an order . We will be guiding by a company assistant and she guides in step-by-step so that we can complete our tasks . At first, she asked me to pay 100 Rs and with commission 10% I can get totally 110 Rs that is the first level which comes under VIP1 and again she asked me to pay 398 Rs so that we can get back 457Rs with commission and again she told me to pay 500 Rs for that we can get back the amount 575 Rs with commission, this comes under VIP2 . I asked her how can I withdraw the amount, but she insisted me to go on and pay for VIP3 but I don't have enough money to do so . So I asked her How can I withdraw my previous money so that I can again invest in VIP 3, but she kept on insisting me like " Once you have finished VIP3 You can withdraw all the money" . But I didn't believe that . I acknowledged that this is all fake . But I want my money back totally 1252Rs . Please help me . I hope everyone understood my situation. I need justice . I would request you to resolve this issue for me and help me get my money back.

                              I ordered this product of five numbers and there was no warning that it is not returnable but when I received this order I found that it has elastic on both thighs which is not comfortable to me and I pressed return when there is warning that it is not returnable. After that I complaint on chat and call me and they refused to take back.

                                I order a product from Snapdeal and created a return request due to quality, on 8th match the pick up was made and received the receipt for same. Since then they show the pickup was unsuccessful even after sharing all the details like pick up was attempted by shadow fax and the delivery boy number with ID and the receipt. They have blocked my calling number and are not returning any calls to understand the issue anymore. They have scheduled a pick for what their mother????

                                    I have ordered 2 separate purchase of 2 sets of women t shirts, Snapdeal clubbed the delivery of both products, but delivered only 1 set, the remaining 1 set is yet not delivered and is missing.

                                    I have contacted customer care multiple times but the answer is same that they are investigation, they don't even let me talk to any senior or not providing me refund. I am highly dissatisfied as this is not happened once with Snapdeal. pathetic support and delivery experience, these people are frauds.
