Refund not being made against cancelled order

Ref.: Order ID: [protected] placed on 10 March 2022
Cancelled on 11 March 2022
The payment was made through a Debit card.
On cancelling the order, I received a mail from Snapdeal saying a refund has been initiated and the amount (Rs 1949/-) would be credited to my account within 7-10 days.
Now 2 weeks have passed and there is neither and transfer to my account nor any communication thereon.

Wrong product sent

Hi..I had order a Sherine Ryon kurti from Snapdeal. Checked it's rating too..it has good rating and it's Snapdeal verified too..but received a third class cheap top with no tag intact on it...complained Snapdeal via app, phone call and WhatsApp..There response system is very poor..Asked for the exchange of product...But it's already 3 days past getting msg from the courier ..Pickup of Snapdeal not done due to wrong address...how can this...

Lux Cozi underwear for men

I ordered this product of five numbers and there was no warning that it is not returnable but when I received this order I found that it has elastic on both thighs which is not comfortable to me and I pressed return when there is warning that it is not returnable. After that I complaint on chat and call me and they refused to take back.

Missing Order

I have ordered 2 separate purchase of 2 sets of women t shirts, Snapdeal clubbed the delivery of both products, but delivered only 1 set, the remaining 1 set is yet not delivered and is missing.

I have contacted customer care multiple times but the answer is same that they are investigation, they don't even let me talk to any senior or not providing me refund. I am highly dissatisfied as this is not happened once with Snapdeal....

On my recent order to Snapdeal

I ordered a toy from Snapdeal.. on 7th March.. and did the payment through UPI on same day.. the delivery is estimated to be today.. but now it is showing that I placed the order yesterday i.e. (13th March) . Even my order was packed on 8th March.. but now it is showing that it is not even packed.. I called to costumer care on 11 th March they told that my order is packed.. but haven't told why the further process is delaying.. but today...

Damaged product

Fraudulent website

I visited this website https://snapdeal-india.com/index/order/index.html to make money. I got assistance from a women named Margarete. She is guiding me to help merchant to complete his orders to get rewards like 10% 20% and 30% commision.

I followed the process and I get 2 completed widhrawals.

The 3rd time it kept on saying that I needed to complete more tasks to withdraw the money. I payed 50700 on total and...
