[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Did not receive the reimbursement of courier charges. | |||
My name is Suman Dey. I ordered a Xiaomi Piston Earphone but received a faulty product from SnapdeaI. Snapdeal couldn't arrange for reverse courier pick up of the item. They told me to send the order back by any national courier and they would reimburse the courier charges as soon as the receive the product.I have sent the return package having Ticket ID 14208373 and Order No. [protected] by DTDC courier service on 05.01.2015. The tracking code for the package is K77285319. The order has already been received by snapdeal but they are not refunding my courier charge of Rs.175/- still now. I have contacted Snapdeal customer care many times and every time they have said that the courier charges will be refunded within 24 hours, but still I have not received any refund. The are harassing a customer after committing to reimburse the courier charges. I have also sent them the scanned copy of courier receipt. Please help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
