Snapdeal.com — Empty parcel received from the order

I ordered a Original Genuine Box Pack Power Adapter Charger Lenovo IdeaPad G580 20V 3.25A 5.5x2.5mm on 13 February, 2016 with cash on delivery as the payment option.

On 17 February, I received the parcel by the courier service GOJAVAS_LH from the seller SUN TECHNOLOGIES, Hyderabad, for which I paid Rs. 1158.

As soon as I opened it, I found it to be completely empty.
Immediately, I lodged a complain against the empty parcel at the customer support for which they apologized and assured to refund the money within 48 hours after carrying out the investigation process. Though, they extended the investigation process to which I agreed patiently and cooperated equally. They kept ensuring about the successful refund as soon as they detect the stage where the actual fault had occurred.
On 19 February, they eventually called on my reminder to apologize and ultimately declare that they cannot not refund the money as their 'so called' high level investigation procedure has found a clean and honest delivery of the product and I was a fool who paid the full amount to receive just a cardboard parcel covered with their extortionate wrapper. They even closed the case without my consent and thus alleged me as the one who was wrong at her end.

Instead of redressing the blunder they created, they are jeopardizing the normal company and customer relationship.
I request you to take the correct and justifying decision not only to redress my loss, but also to teach a good lesson to such a careless service providers who should at least learn to respect their customers in future.
