When i received the item (Order id: [protected] (1 item)) and installed it, the blades were not fitting properly and the screw provided with the fan was not attaching as shown. I launched a return/replacement query the very next day. The site showed that the replacement request is under process (Ticket id:[protected]. After 10-12 days i received a mail saying that this does not come under the replacement policy.
I have launched asked them twice now for the replacement but i got no replies.

They have given a different order number also.
