I have ordered micromax canvas nitro whose order Id is -[protected] I received a used product.The accessories of phone were not packed and mobile battery was 30% that time this clearly shows snapdeal delivered a used product.Then i applied for refund they said it wil take 48 hours but now its more than 48 hours there is no call from them.They are completely doing fraud.My phone number is -[protected] if snapdeal members can see this kindly call or i will take any legal actions.And kindly take your phone back and refund my money.

    I recently purchased a canon dslr from snapdeal order id [protected] it has issues with foucs point they were not getting displayed on the focus screen after contacting snapdeal they told me to wait for 48 hours and i will hear a response from them but i never got any response from them so i called them back and told them the issue i was surprised to know that they are asking me to go to service center and get some job sheet from there then only they can refund also told me to contact canon my question is what does canon have to do then i posted the complaint after 10 min when i received the product what kind of return policy is that after contacting canon they told me some steps to try for fixing it but it didnt also they told me they dont have service in my area finally they requested me to return it if they have 7 days return policy because it was purchased from snapdeal so it had to be returned by them i called snapdeal again told them to send a technician at my place as they send at other places but they told they dont have service at our area and nothing could be done about it so i request you to resolve this issue and charge them for selling defective items Thank You

      I order product containing memory card, earphone an charger, at 13 march 2016 but after 17 days, still i did't received the product.And also didn't any give positive response.It is fraud company. Customer care no.Never connected to anyone.

      And i recd this order 1 april thn i have opened my packet.I found innerwear.

              Snapdeal order id [protected], order placed on 4th march, i have applied a coupon code that promised me to get cashback of rs 50, upto march 18th. now today is 1st april but no response from snapdeal after calling them number of times, i have wasted my more than 100 Rs., just for calling them, for rs 50, always i fight with their executive but no positive response from them, poor service.. no customer satisfaction...please help me out with my cashback and the time and money spent on calling the stupid people's.

                      I purchase the infocus bingo 21 mobile through Snapdeal, there is problem in receiver speaker volume. I am unable to hear anything if speaker is on we can answer the call otherwise I would not hear anything and mobile charger is heating on charging also mobile heating very hard. I think this is a defected piece that's why I want to return this mobile.

                        I had ordered a micromax 50c3600 fhd / 50c5220fhd tv from snapdeal on 10-mar-16 (Order id: [protected]). I received the product on 14-mar-16. The product was damaged, so had raised a refund request from snapdeal on same day (Ticket id:[protected]. I have shared the images also with snapdeal. I have been following up with snapdeal for past 20 days, by mailing/calling atleast twice daily. They say that they will send a lmv engineer for site visit and arrange for reverse pickup. However nothing has happened so far. Please resolve the issue

                          My name is Jahangir alam my register mob number is [protected]... Yesterday 30/03/2016 i selected 2 pair of shoes for order and snapdeal offerd me 10 % discount. But when i tried to make payment then the discount has removed automaticaly... Then i call to customer care and they lold me this is for technical problem.. And some body will call me to resolve the prob. ... From that time i made call 6th time and spent near about 100 rupees ( to get 10 % of 1366 rupees = rs 136) and thye repeatedly said that somebody will call u... Wait and try again.. .. Within 30 minit it will b solved... But today after 12 pm when i called to customer care they informed me that 10% discout has been removed from the deal today after 12 pm.. .. This is very pathetic.

                            I returned a product on 8th jan and snapdeal has not refunded my money uptill.i ordered a butterflies combo bag worth rupees 2145 and the quality was not good so i returned on 8th jan and uptill i have not got the refund and many times i called them but they didnt replied me and even i wasted 500 rs of calling to them.Very much disappointed by the service of snapdeal .i request everybody not shop anything from snapdeal.

                              I have placed an order for 2 books on snapdeal on 22nd March and itb showed expected delivery data as 24-27 March, and its not delivered, and the status always shows ready for dispatch ..now the height is that its showing the est. delivery date of past date and still the status is ready for dispatch .

                                  I purchased two churidhar materials for a cost of Rs.919 on 13/03/2016.
                                  As the material is not satisfying me i returned the material on 14/03/2016 itself.The order no [protected] (2 Items). but till date i am not getting the refund.whenever i call the customer care they are saying that the amount will be settled shortly like that. please settle the issue.

                                    I bought a hitachi aircon from the website dated 10th march through my hdfc credit card . soon after placing the order i realized that it has already been bought by my father on the same day and i cancelled the order the order by placing a call to snapdeal on 10th itself and till date i have not got any refund .
                                    i have called them since that day for more than 20 times and everytime i call i get false commitment that it will be credited within 24-48 working hours .
                                    no one calls back and no one reverts on things .

                                    i have wasted more than 300 inr on just calling them as sometimes they have made me wait more than 21 minutes .

                                    i have wasted so much of my energy and time on the calls and follow up that i have mentally gone crazy .
                                    also the amount have been debited from my account and i have already the paid the as well.

                                    kindly provide me with best possible solution and compensation as i have only this option left as i cant chase anyone anymore .

                                    i would the also urge the regulatory body to be extra vigilant about the ecommerce companies as this is really sad for a consumer like me to get justice .


                                    i have spend more than 500 inr in total including the taxes on my credit card, a lot of energy and want the justice from the regulatory body to ensure snapdeal compensates the same .

                                      Hi,
                                      I ordered Moto E2 4G but I just received stone in it. I contacted customer care they told that You will receive the refund within 48hrs but its been 1 month still I din received the payment. Once I called the customer care they are saying that your case has been closed. Please refund my amount as soon as possible or else I will make this case into another level. I just called customer care nearly 10 times but still I din received any proper response.
