[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Faulty product warranty issue with mobile

I have purchased BLACKBERRY Z10 vide order no - [protected] invoice no - 063DE2/14-15/20579 Dt.20.01.15. As per the policy the product has a warranty of one year from date of purchase this has confirmed by their executive while talking with them on 10th aug 15. I had been to BB service centre in Nagpur then they asked me about IMEI NO has to be mentioned on purchase invoice, i ask the same to snap deal almost after 15 days after continues follow up on phone and mail they have provided me the invoice with IMEI no on it. They asked me first to give the IMEI NO and then they provided on the invoice this means the product is not having any authenticity. I am surprised when I visited BB service centre in Nagpur on 1Sept 15 they refused to repair and replace the faulty product cause it does not stand any warranty. Now I want my handset to be replaced by them immediately and solve this issue on priority. Rgds, SACHIN LAMBE NAGPUR [protected]
