I, Dipnarayan Saha, have earlier ordered three items from Snapdeal (order no. [protected] - two items; and order No. [protected]) on dated 22nd Aug 2015. I have received one item from the first order. The second item from the first order hasn't been delivered till date. The tracking ID does not provide factual details of the items whereabouts. Most horrendous situation was with my second order, which was cancelled by the Snapdeal people due to "lost in transit" as they explained. But when actually tracking down the courier company's website through tracking ID, it was found kept at hold. One SD advisor suggested to go for a fresh order (in higher price now!!), and give them a call so that they can arrange to speed-up delivery of the item. I booked the item once again on 30th Aug 2015, but till date no advancement of the either items, despite of my contact to SD advisor twice after the fresh booking. I am clueless whether to cancel the orders or helplessly wait for their turn. My valuable money is stuck with them. I doubt if the Snapdeal have even a bit of consumer sentiments. After this bitter experience, it is for sure that I am not going to order anymore neither I would recommend my family and friends to order from Snapdeal.
