I have ordered woodland khaki sandals in snapdeal but they delivery the wrong product and i raise a complaint for replacement but in replacement again i got wrong product and again i raise complaint for total refund amount after that i got a confirmation mail and telephonic call from snapdeal. Sir can you please return the product by your self by any national couriers and next share the courier recpict with our snapdeal team when we receive your courier receipt after that we start the refunding process into your bank account and courier charges also.. as per the snapdeal confirmation mail i have return the product by Dtdc couriers ans i share the courier receipt with snapdeal but snapdeal team was not starting process and not refunding my money

    I, Dipnarayan Saha, have earlier ordered three items from Snapdeal (order no. [protected] - two items; and order No. [protected]) on dated 22nd Aug 2015. I have received one item from the first order. The second item from the first order hasn't been delivered till date. The tracking ID does not provide factual details of the items whereabouts. Most horrendous situation was with my second order, which was cancelled by the Snapdeal people due to "lost in transit" as they explained. But when actually tracking down the courier company's website through tracking ID, it was found kept at hold. One SD advisor suggested to go for a fresh order (in higher price now!!), and give them a call so that they can arrange to speed-up delivery of the item. I booked the item once again on 30th Aug 2015, but till date no advancement of the either items, despite of my contact to SD advisor twice after the fresh booking. I am clueless whether to cancel the orders or helplessly wait for their turn. My valuable money is stuck with them. I doubt if the Snapdeal have even a bit of consumer sentiments. After this bitter experience, it is for sure that I am not going to order anymore neither I would recommend my family and friends to order from Snapdeal.

      This regarding the order no. [protected] of Snapdeal.com (Sub order [protected]) which is a Hawkins Futura Pressure Cooker - 2 Ltrs I purchased on 07-April-2015 in Rs. 2592/- and got it delivered to my residential address in Pune. [ INVOICE NUMBER :S39DB1/15-16/107 INVOICE DATE :04-APR-2015] After few days o[censored]sage we realized that its whistle is not working, since we were suspicious about it’s function right from the beginning hence we got it checked through local vendor and got to know that it’s whistle which stands on a needle kind of part in the cavity is quite thinner and that stops mounting of pressure within the cooker and thereby we were confirmed that it has manufacturing defect and due to this whistle doesn’t work. After that we followed with Snapdeals many times on this issue, either to replace the product or refund the amount. I never got any reply in this regard compensating me in either way. I am not sure posting complain here how much will help out but surely I am filing a case in consumer court this week itself. I CAN screw up them, this much I sure, will do it !!

      If you really concerned about the problem I faced by taking your product, be transparent and honestly mention here itself date by which you will resolve it.

      When customer trusts you and pays you upfront then you MUST HAVE guts to maintain it and send QUALITY product to uphold that trust. Looks like you have nothing to do with word like Quality/trust & customer satisfaction.
      My concern has not been resolved. God damn it !!

        I ordered a Samsung 32J4100 TV from snapdeal(Order ID: [protected]) on 26th August 2015. It took like 6 days to reach my location, I called customer care for installation and the service engineer came on the 7th Day. Now, After unpacking the Box he told that this product is not in warranty in INDIA as the product was "MADE IN EGYPT". I was shocked to hear that as it was clearly mentioned on product page that it has "1 Year Samsung India Warranty". When I called customer care, they told that it is not their mistake and I have to bear the installation charge and also there is no warranty for the product in INDIA. I called Samsung Service Center and they informed me that the product can be in warranty if there is International warranty card from snapdeal. So I called SNAPDEAL again, But they were not at all ready to accept their mistake. They don't care about the customer satisfaction. They sold the product and they let the customer handle it by his own way. I had to Pay 1240 Rs for installation of the TV. In this competitive market, If snapdeal is not providing satisfactory service, then I am sure the Dil ki Deal will no longer get orders. I want my International Warranty Card for the Samsung TV and Refund of Installation charge. No to SNAPDEAL, YES to FLIPKART, AMAZON.

        all the websites are same, they neither care for their customers or dealers, the day is not far when it will be a trict no no for buying online, if you buy offline you buck up 500 - 1000 extra but you can find a collar to hold, these websites are white collar cheaters !!

          I have placed an order Ethnic Handicrafts Sheesham Wood 4 Seater Dining Set in Mahogany Finish on July 10th, 2015. Order no: [protected] and sub order number [protected]. My contact number is [protected]. I have received the differed and damaged product on August 11th, 2015. I called the customer care on August 11th, 2015. Snapdeal initiated the replacement process and initiated reverse pick up. However, Till September 2nd, 2015, reverse pick up was not been done. Every time I called snapdeal customer care, Customer care representative said only two sentence that "Give us 48 Hours and we assure you reverse pick up will be done". Meantime I have requested to snapdeal please initiate the new product as it may happen the product will be out of stock. Finally the day has come when the product is out of stock. Snapdeal very happily initiated refund. I have been chasing snapdeal for almost 22 days for replacement and I think snap deal was unable to do anything except asking me to wait for the product to be sold out. Because of fault of snapdeal I have to pay more price to buy a the same or different product. Snapdeal is not ready to pay any compensation. When I order the product the price was around 23K and before product got sold out product was priced 33K. Snapdeal agreed their fault but not ready for any compensation. Also 1st level of manager was not having enough patience to listen my issue and provide me better resolution.

          I am getting lot of calls from snapdeal but it seems no one has understood the issue or complaint. Everyone is asking to explain the issue again and again. I have been asking you proper compensation for the problem I and my parent have faced. For all this snapdeal offers me only 1000 rs. fro the product whose price was 30K.

              I ordered Sparx Beige Floater Sandals (order no. [protected]) on 3rd July and received it on 8th July. I had some issue with the size so I made request for exchange but it was not available with snapdeal so they automatically initiated my refund on 11th July and the returned item reached them on 15th July but I still haven't received my refund yet though it has been more than one and a half month. I mailed to their customer support thrice ( ticket # 06563267, # 05913100, #[protected] but with no avail. Every time they say We acknowledge the receipt and will respond to you within next 48 hours. But no one has ever contacted me from snapdeal. I want to take serious action against them. Their number doesn't work either and charges are applied even when it doesn't connect to customer support. Please help me in getting my money back.

There is a call dropping issue in a phone and even its been hanged a lot! But, snap deal is not ready to replace the product. I called Snapdeal on 9th day after receiving the product. I've been told that you call us affer 7 days so you need to take it to Xiomi Service station. How can i come to know about such issue in just 7 days? How come 8-9 days old phone be taken to service station? What customer services Snapdeal is providing to the customer?                       I ordered phillips HTD 5550/94 via snapdeal.com about 22 days ago. When i ordered, it showed the estimated delivery between 12 - 15 days.. It was fine.. I orderet it and paid via debit card. But it has been 22 days and ive not recieved the product, the estimated delivery date has been passed quite a week ago and there has been no kind of interaction between me and snapdeal since a couple of weeks(either is sms, call or email).. The last message was on 13 august about the handing over the product to GATI courier... Plz deliver the product within 3 days or else im going to initiate legal actions.

                              Dear Sir/Mam, I'm receiving irritating SMS from Snap Deal everyday two to three times. I've sent several emails regarding to stop sending SMS and email for over three weeks but still the issue has not been resolved. I'm receiving an automated email from them saying that, "Your request has already been forwarded for stopping notification on your contact details. You will not receive the SMS and Email for future. " But still the issue has not been resolved. I'm getting irritated whenever I see the SMS from them.

                                I purchased an Intex cloud m6 phone from snapdeal on 27th Aug 15 Order No: [protected] by looking at the product specification and reviews. I would like to bring kind attention towards Snapdeal Trust Pay policy as it's a big fraud. As per specification when I ordered product, I expected product to be as good as per specification. But it shattered my expectation when I received the phone. It's camera is pathetic as I was expecting 8 mega pixel is good spec for any phone. As a customer, product quality is not as per my expectation. So I asked for refund Snapdeal ensures 100% money back guarantee. Up to my surprise and I got following revert: "Snapdeal has reviewed your product and found that the desired product had been delivered to you in good condition. Hence we will not be able to fullfil your request for returning product." Any other eCommerce platform i.e Flipkart, Amazon provides min 10 days money back guarantee on any electronic product. So what exactly Snapdeal's trust pay means for if they are not ensuring any product quality but to get refund you will have to justify for a damaged/defective piece. Quality does not matter here. So my questions: 1) How a customer can know about product quality without getting it in hand. I just went on reviews and purchased and if I'm not happy with product quality. Snapdeal should be sole responsible for replacement/refund. Snapdeal Trustpay 100 % money back guarantee ensured me nothing but a trap. 2) I was asked to show device to Intex and send Snapdeal a written confirmation for replacement from Intex. So now from the day I got product, I need to run to manufacturer. So what's role of Snapdeal and trust pay. It's horrible. 3) On my refund request, customer care response is really pathetic as they are more concerned to showcase hidden terms and conditions rather listening to customer's grievance. At the time purchase nowhere it's mentioned that warranty does not cover if quality is not up to mark for electronic product and later on customer regret purchase from Snapdeal. I request other customers not to fall in trap. Please don't see 100% money back guarantee label as they will simply back off just by saying electronic items does not cover under policy.

                                I am facing same issue with a mobile and Snapdeal is denying for refund on the basis of their so called policies. This is really pathetic, I urge all online customers not to by anything from Snapdeal. Its better to buy such things from Flipkart and Amazon. And please TrustPay will just be a dream if you buy things from Snapdeal.

                                I am facing the same issue with snapdeal. I ordered the headset before 2 days as per product description & reviews. But now i m trying to return the same product, its only shows replacement. Its very pathetic. I never found any difficulties earlier orders. But snapdeal policy for electronics very bad. Flipkart and snapdeal is much better for this .
                                Now, onwards i quit my shopping from the snapdeal.

                                I received call yesterday from snap deal. They told me u ordered ur product after reading specification, then u cant return the product now. I[censored] found any fault then we replaced it. They not ready to exchange with any other product or refund.. Thanks for your bad experience..

                                I have ordered 'Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' on 24th Jan 2017 from snapdeal . Order ID: [protected]. I received this order as faulty mobile charger and faulty head set. While charging the phone, it shows 'its charging' but actually if you check status for your charging after two hours, its shows same charging %. It never increase charging %. Also head set is not working, (sound is not coming) when attached the head phone.
                                I asked to replaced the faulty items, then they said, IMEI number has changed for my phone as per their data.
                                Rather I have returned same products (Mobile phone, its charger & head set) which I received from Snapdeal. And now they are saying we can not replace it, as the IMEI number is not matching.
                                I called Customer Care no. They said the same thing and mentioned will again call you.
                                Really pathetic reply through mail that 'IMEI number' not matching.

                                Now waiting for a call from snapdeal for ''Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' ' order no. [protected]

                                No update for my 'Micromax Canvas Spark 3 8 GB' ( ordered on 24th Jan 2017) from snapdeal . Order ID: [protected].

                                They called on yesterday and said will received a call within 24 hours. but still no updates :(
                                Snapdeal representative are asking me to give them 24-48 hours since Friday, 10th February till today. They need time for more investigation.
                                In that Snapdeal provided me option that they will try to refund (for faulty head set & charger) OR they will put this case further investigation and it will take more than 1 week.

                                So I asked them for refund for faulty items. But no confirmation on that front as well apart from ' Please give us 24-48 hours for'. Since Friday 10th Feb 2017 to till date, its has been more than 145 hours. But still their 24-48 hours are not completed.

                                Meanwhile I have received message on 9th Feb 2017 ( Item Shipped Back to my address) on my cell. But till now I neither receive any courier for my order nor refund for faulty items.

                                      This this the story regarding my experience with snapdeal.com I recently ordered a flip phone from snapdeal, as was fed up with smartphones and always wanted to have a flip phone.I ordered a smasung E1270 flip phone for 3500 which is high price for the basic flip phone.When i recieved the product this is what i found ... 1.USER MANUAL FROM SOME OTHER PRODUCT. 2.CHEAP STICKER INSTEAD OF SAMSUNG LOGO. 3.NO INFORMATION STICKER ON THE BOX 4.NOT A INDIAN TYPE CHARGER 5.FINALLY IMEI NUMBER AS [protected] in VAT Bill As you can see, this is a used product selling as brand new on snapdeal, this seller would have got the product from ebay and selling here as brand new.When i called the snapdeal coustomer care, they told me to wait 4 days for reverse pick up, I am still waiting on that. As you can see you may get the product you want online for discount price or they may give you offers, but there is always some risk associated and not to mention the mental frustration, so i think its better to buy offline with peace of mind for higher price. Thank you snapdeal for wasting my time and energy.
