From February onward we are selling our product through snapdeal.com.
First 3 month they are doing very good service. After that It's really worst service.
3 Month before we have a payment issue with snapdeal.com
Still now they didn't give valid reason.
They changed logistic charge from 400 to 1500 without my knowledge.
In this case, we are selling two products, both are same size, same weight but color only is different. for 1 product they charged logistic amount is Rs.400 and another one they charged Rs.1500. (see.. color only is different from one product to another product)
I asked why this much different for same product? They didn't reply.
6 product i dispatched without know they changed my price panel. I mailed them and asked about this they said you will get shortage amount within 2 payment cycle.
Almost its happened 3 month before still now i didn't get Rs.4, 500/- payment. ( You may think Rs.4500 is little amount but the trust is invaluable)..
31st Aug 2015, I got order. I checked price panel before manifest the order, I got shocked. again i got same problem. My price are changed without my knowledge.
I mentioned Rs.3150 but they changed to Rs.2549. Rs.600 lesser than my amount.
How is it possible?
They gave one panel for me. Whatever they try to change, They have to inform me through call, SMS or E-Mail.
For this time also i didn't get proper response. they are saying 'you should process this order otherwise we will charge penalty.
How can i responsible for this issue ?
What is the reason they are changing pricing panels without inform seller?
I contacted to customer care service they said 'you should mail to our customer care service" ([protected]@snapdeal.com)
Whenever I try to mail to customer care service mail id. everytime new person came to mail and they are asking freshly that's mean asking question from the beginning.
Why they can't read all sellers mail?
As a Seller, I'm telling to everyone please check your pricing panel regularly and check your bank statement properly.
Think if they are cheating like this way with 10, 000 seller per day means they are getting Rs.60, 00, 000/- (unanswerable cheating amount) this is only approximate amount. Think how they earning ?
