I have purchased iball mobile hand set from snapdeal DT.27-Jul-2016 but the mobile was not working properly so i registered return policy but seller & snapdeal was not response and closed my return registration. Then i go to local iball services center. The service centre told me, the hand set warranty has been closed Aug 2015 year. So the seller was fraud my money. Kindly take a necessary action.
