[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Furniture installation not provided | |||
I am based out of Bangalore and recently purchased a study table that requires installation. Order No is [protected]. It is mentioned in the product page that free installation service is provided by Snapdeal. I have been trying to reach Snapdeal customer service for the last two days to no avail. No replies for any of the emails sent. This is a pathetic service from Snapdeal. This is my first major order from Snapdeal (have been with Amazon/Flipkart for the last 6-7 years) and I don't think I will be placing anymore orders on Snapdeal. Complete cheats. Nov 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Very poor communication from Snapdeal. Initially, got an email that installation is not available for my pincode. Next day, I got an email from EasyFix that Snapdeal has scheduled a furniture installation and same day got the installation done perfectly. Despite a prompt delivery and service, Snapdeal has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Their CS reps have no clue what to do. It is impossible to reach them on the phone. I will not be ordering from Snapdeal anytime soon. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. It is impossible to get through to snapdeal on phone. Very poor service. I am waiting for someone to install my office chair, but have got no reply at all. I have no clue how to connect to them, so i am posting this. [protected] Leon Kurien
