I purchased Aqua Grand water purifier order no. [protected]. There is no manual no prefilter. As I called the manufacturer i.e. AquaGrand, they are saying we are not selling on snapdeal, amazon or ebay.com. They sold you used or duplicate product purchased last month when i was in india.
