[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I have ordered a mobile back cover so issues with delivery | |||||
Hi, I have ordered a mobile backcover last week, I got the message that the delivery is missed twice atlast i got the item on the 3rd attempt, the issue is the deivery person never called me, he just came and went, Also on the 3rd attempt he came and gave the parcel to my 5 yr old daughter who was playing outside and went away without evening calling of informing me or taking any signature. This is really pathetic. How can a delivery person come without making a call, this is my second order in snapdeal, i always buy from Flipkart or Amazon, i hope i will never order anything in Snapdeal again, becoz for that i have to sit at home as the delivery person will not call. Is it a rule in Snapdeal that the delivery person will not call or take the signature once we get the parcel. Also haven't received any customer satisfcation mails from snapdeal.
