[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I order a printer order id: [protected]. but received a different item | |||
Dear sir I have order a canon printer but received some other same brand printer but not received as i orderd. I inform to snapdeal also we raise a quary regarding this also complain no (Return request is under process [ticket id: 45567044].) But till a date he not contact me regarding this. I'm complain to return my order because the size is to small . courier boy has recieve to 4dec.
12december you replace my order but I cancelled it you said 15dec you have received your item 16dec you said my refund money initiated you said fill the NEFT form because I paid cash I will fill it, but no money trasfer in my bank account .
