I received a letter with a intimation of rs.1lakh and with a scratch card.in the scratch card it was mentioned the i have won 10 lakhs in total 11 lakhs. For that i have to deposit 1% i. Today I called that helpline number...they told to me..they called at tomorrow 9AM..
