[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — lucky draw winner

Hi,

I have recieved a letter from Snapdeal Prize department, stating that I have recieved Prize money of Rs.1, 00, 000/-+ coupon value and informing that it is on the occasion of Anniversary celebration of the company. I want to know whether it is true or fake. As it has come through Snapdeal Address Nalini Ranjan Avenue Saha Road New Alipore Kolkata 700053 to my home address with my name. Kindly revert asap.

If not sent by snapdeal and fake call. then I need to know.

1.) How does these fraud get to know our data which is maintained by snapdeal?
2.) I can see a lot of consumer complaints regarding same query, have you logged an FIR for this frauds to investigate the above contact number?
3.) This snapdeal responsibility to maintain the subscriber data confidentiality so that we can trust on line app and go for online shoping. how you going to be maintain that?
4.) what action you have taken on this till now?

I got a call now from an unknown no. And he said I need to share my account details, IFSC code and he will transfer 12 Lakhs in one hour or second option, I will send him my aadhar card by WhatsApp and he will send me the new car documents and new car by 1 day. No money to be paid by me now. Then I started searching on net. Many similar dupes in the past. Taking the name of Snapdeal, how we will know if snapdeal is the main culprit.

I have recieved an acheivement certificate for an online shopping lucky draw contest, on the name of my sister Takureshwari, on 14th febraury, 2019, with a reference no C.648 AND A BAR CODE - 1506-AX-33261. It is stated that he won a prize money of ₹ 1, 00, 000 and a Scratch card coupon worth of ₹ 10, 00, 000. At the end of the letter, it is given that "this is an internal initiative of the company solely meant for promotional purpose only and all the prize relayed information will only be available on our prize helpline number ([protected], [protected]) only and NOT THE COMPANYS CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. So, please don't call the Customer Care Number as that is only meant for taking Orders or providing Post Sale Supports."
There are some Redemption Rules given at the end of the letter. Please find the attatch, recieved vouchers and the letter.
Please confirm if this genuine.

Why are you doing frauds from your websites and not stoping the scams   working for your website to cheat peoples ?
     Just have a look    on CLAIMS in consumer court  against you  ... this is destroing the image of your websites name and trust   and Consumers are full of faith that you are scammers ... cheater ... and HACKERS   
   THE   representatives in your websites are indulge in frauds and scams   as well as hacker's group    and they provide the secret and personal   full details of  every individual with contact no.  and gmail id  visiting your website
