I got a message from snapdeal that I am the 2nd price winner of monsoon lucky draw and I have won a Tata Safari car and a price amount of 12, 60000
And they are saying that to claim that prize, I have to send ₹6500 in their bank account.

What should I do?

      I bought skull candy earphone on 12 feb 2018 in snapdeal and it was working well but i dont know what happened now the call attending button is not working and mic is also not working too.           Snapdeal customer care is voice fed machine. No personnel to whom one can explain problems regarding products, inefficient courier... Unlike other on line and their related courier partner.

          My products reach the destination but courier don't even attempt delivery..in the mean time, company keep sending sms like 'customer refused delivery'.. Next date?.

          And, the process repeats. Sad.

            I bought samsung galaxy j7 prime (32gb, 3gb ram) from snapdeal. I got fake item. Phone is not working. I tried to contact the snapdeal. They are not responding my emails. I am not able to contact them via phone. I lost rs 14, 000/-. Is this snapdeal a scam?

On 21st they sent email and sms product is delivered, i got nothing, i tried calling their customer care, for this detail press this for this details press that, but you can never talk to their customer care executive, they said will reply on email, no reply nothing doing, i raised return request today as that can be raised only within 7 days, so when i don't have product what will i return.

                I ordered jockey socks from the website. It was written that i will receive a full length socks but i received the ankle length socks. I contacted many times customer service but all they can said was that this item couldn't be returned because they have found some quality issues in my account. Seriously? Then executive said that your transaction didn't pass our quality checks so we cannot return the item. I then escalated it to facebook but still received the same response. They don't even provide services for the wrong items that we receive. Terrible service from snapdeal. Till today even after several follow ups they didn't file a return for my item.

                I would never recommend this website to anyone for the shopping. Cheap quality, terrible customer service.

                    Ordered an aircooler and received on feb 19th, took to my hometown as there is no delivery option to my home. once I opened i found that it is not suitable to my room and needed a remote control(thought it was a remote control but not when I open). raised return request on feb 23rd as it is only 7 day easy returns.
                    But they are not accepting returns saying it is in good condition and not giving any replacements even though I told them will pay extra. Been days they are just giving missed calls and not giving reply to my emails.Just sending we are not taking your product according to our return policy. They are just not consumer friendly and not giving any good service.

                      I ordered a size 10 instead i got a size 9.5. I tried to return the shoe the very next day due to the size issue but they didn't accept my return request, according to them even i[censored] wear your shoe once we won't take it back. Just tell me how are you going to check the shoe without putting it in your feet and once you try it snapdeal won't accept the shoe back. So basically the rules laid down by this 'fraud' site snapdeal is a trap for us consumers.
                      I received fake adidas white sneakers. The skin of the sneakers started to come off and shoes slight cracks near the sole and it showed signs of wear within 10 days. The material with which they are made is of quite cheap quality. I couldn't figure it out the very first day because it was all new and polished making it almost impossible for any average guy to tell. The sole of the shoes is stiched and is coming apart from inside (See pics) and the material coming from inside is not what adidas would use. When i called up the customer care they simply told me that they wont do anything and are not ready to listen a thing and took me very lightly. Highly disappointed.

                        I have received both these products fake. Shampoo was leaking and unsealed. Smelling like a chewngum. Bottle was half and shampoo was duplicate. Totally bad quality products. I also tried 4 customer care numbers but not a single number was working. I also sent too many mails but no reply received. Later on i requested for return and registered for pick up. The guy from company who came to collect the product back doesn't know what order id's product to collect. I returned him one pack but still now 10 days has been gone and not a single panny received in my account. By your company's name... You are making fool to the public. Track at your end and get my money back.

                          I ordered a ceiling fan online on www.snapdeal.com and the order id is [protected]. This fan was not as per my expectations. Hence i requested return and refund of money for the same. Refund request/ ticket id: 45706575. Return was approved and product was picked up after examining. When return was successful, i bought another fan from another vendor. After few days i got call from your snapdeal customer service mentioning that, fan cannot be returned. That time i explained that since this fan has been returned, i bought another one and i can not accommodate this one in my house. I would have adjusted it, if it would have not picked up for refund from snapdeal. Snapdeal executive did not listen to me and forcefully return the product. But, now i do not have space to accommodate it and want to return back to snapdeal. My question is why it was taken back by snapdeal if they cannot refund. After 2 weeks of return how they can say that they cannot refund amount? It took almost 3-4 weeks for all this process. Now i do not have any space to accommodate this fan, so requesting snapdeal to take it back and refund my amount. Please do it in priority basis

Ltd. I would like to know wether my order has been placed and when i will get the strip as it is required urgently for day to day need.                                   Request for the replacement of dell genuine original laptop adapter charger 65w 19.5v 3.34a inspiron 14r n4010 13r n3010 15r n5010 & power cord ordered on 01-nov-2017. The laptop adapter was functioning properly until[protected]. But on[protected] my dell laptop was not getting charged using the above-mentioned adapter charger. And i have found that there is no problem with the laptop as it is getting charged when connected to similar configured dell chargers. I request the snapdeal team to kindly look into the issue and get my adapter charger replaced as it has a 1-year warranty period as mentioned in the snapdeal website.

After the transaction was complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order information is available on snapdeal.                                       I am reji anzari. I had bought a sweatshirt from snapdeal on 18 january and i found that it was in bad quality and item was not the exact thing i ordered. So i requested for returning the item and 2 days later the delivery boy picked up the item and the quality check was done and refund was initiated on 27 january. They told that it will be refunded within 24 or 48 hours. But till date, the refund is not occured and about one month is finished and no information about it.
