I bought samsung galaxy j7 prime (32gb, 3gb ram) from snapdeal. I got fake item. Phone is not working. I tried to contact the snapdeal. They are not responding my emails. I am not able to contact them via phone. I lost rs 14, 000/-. Is this snapdeal a scam?

I am very frustrated with the service..

Completed shattered. I will never use snapdea...

delivered a tv with damaged screen

I ordered a tv from snapdeal on jan 28, 2018 with order id: [protected]. They delivered a damaged tv with broken screen on feb 2, 2018. The same day, i raised a request for replacement.

They still havent called back or taken the tv or returned my money. I have written to them multiple times, tried calling them, tried raising different requests.

Is someone at snapdeal actually bothered at all?...

Ordered a cooler by looking the description thoroughly honeycomb what i got is not that and no remote. Filed for return, they are just calling and it wont even last for a 30 seconds to the local number and not giving reply to my emails as i am in another country even though i told them chat through email. I ordered cricket bat and ball two in December 2017 but still I didn't received the items. I already paid through net-banking.

The company snapdeal is just postponing the delivery date. As per the policy they will not return the amount. They are just accumulating money by making frauds.
