Respected sir, I have ordered micromax 50z9999uhd127cm (50) smart ultrahd (4k) led television with 1+2 year warranty on date 09-01-17 from snapdeal.com which was delivered on date 21-01-17. After unboxing the delivery box we found that the telivision screen was cracked and broken. Then i contacted snapdeal customer care number [protected]. The person on the call agreed to provide refund for the telivision. After talking to the customer care they agreed and asked me to provide bank account details to send the refund but the television has not been picked up and no refund has been provided till now. After that i have requested the customer care for more than 18 times for the pickup of the damaged telivision and asked for refund but there is no response.
