[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Micromax led tv | |||||
I had ordered a micromax 50c3600 fhd / 50c5220fhd tv from snapdeal on 10-mar-16 (Order id: [protected]). I received the product on 14-mar-16. The product was damaged, so had raised a refund request from snapdeal on same day (Ticket id:[protected]. I have shared the images also with snapdeal. I have been following up with snapdeal for past 20 days, by mailing/calling atleast twice daily. They say that they will send a lmv engineer for site visit and arrange for reverse pickup. However nothing has happened so far. Please resolve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
