Snapdeal.com — Mobile phone service issue | |||
I had purchased Panasonic Eluga Turbo through snapdeal on 12.02.16 and found low network issue & low battery backup. I informed snapdeal for this error on 14.02.16 and they replied to contact panasonic service center after 1 week. As per the instruction from panasonic we submit the phone twice first in Cochin and second in Banglore via Cochin centre. I was shocked when I received the phone from Panasonic service center yesterday. The error still remain the same and found some scratches on the sim slot. I have lost my precious time, money (Rs. 11, 000/-) due to buy this phone and I can't use this phone even a single day. After sale service from Snapdeal was horrible. They didn't respond properly for my complaints even I informed them through mail and phone. Regularly I used to shop with Flipcart, Ebay etc.. and I had experienced a fantastic support with them. But this is the first time I got a bitter experience through snap deal. As per my experience this is the worst phone I had ever used. Was this information helpful? | |||
