Snapdeal.com — Money debited but no order placed | |||
Hai. I placed an order of Bajaj 1.8L ricecookeraround 10am this moning[protected] and i paid the order with Syndicate Bank India debit card. Rs 1299 was debited from my bank account to snapdeal account and this (image below) appear. But i wait for 30min the page still in loading condition. After that, money is debited but no order was placed in snapdeal when i checked it back. I call centre for many time but no reply was given. So what is the solution?
